Starting from a very charming check in on 31st floor and a very personal introduction you feel 100% welcomed. That's the start of a good and kong lasting relationship. The executive lounge on 31st floor is exactly what you need when you travel a lot and relaxation is needed. Opposite the hotel a fantastic variety of restaurants, malls as well as access to night life. I'll be back...

We stayed at the Conrad for two nights before our cruise. I wrote in advance to let the hotel know that our flight arrived at 2am and it would likely be 3am by the time we checked in. I didn't want them to give the room away. They acknowledged my email and updated my file accordingly. They were execting us upon arrival. The hotel is well located - within easy walking distance of the sights, and close to two subway stations for those who prefer not to walk. The room was comfortable, especially the shower which was outstanding - a welcome treat after traveling for nearly 30 hours. We didn't partake of the breakfast but it looked delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, everything you would expect from a Conrad. We recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This is our third stay at the Conrad Centennial Singapore. We were immediately recognised by the check in staff and greeted by name - very impressive. Mimi who checked us in was especially welcoming and helpful. As a Diamond member we were immediately escorted to 31st floor executive lounge check in and allocated the room we had requested.

We have the choice of having breakfast at the salon by the pool, on the executive floor or in the main restaurant. We prefer the main restaurant - Oscar as it offers greater choice. We particularly like the afternoon tea at the executive lounge, although it can get busy at times.

It took us a couple of days to realise there's a MRT underground station a minute away from the hotel, this station is new and only opened a couple of months ago.

We cannot fault this hotel from check in to check out, we were very well looked after and the stay was enjoyable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

We were a bit sad to leave the hotel towards the end of the stay - we really felt like home from home. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone. We give this review an exceptional five star - Excellent!

We requested for an early check-in and booked an executive floor room, although it was not guaranteed, we arrived at 10am and was promptly attended to at the front desk. Check in was fast, since we had HHonors Gold and after check in, a staff member escorted us to our room.

Only slight disappointment was there, although we had only two laptop bags and a small carry-on no offer was for porter assistance.

We arrived in the room 2426 and was shown the room by the staff member and also explained on the executive floor benefit.

We like the views offered in the EL, Moet was served as a house pour and that was good for our taste. We also like the fact that the services in the EL is not intrusive but yet also equally attentive.

Hotel can be a little busy during the weekends in terms of dining in-hotel due to its popularity with the local crowd.

Hotel is linked to Marina Square by an almost covered walkway.

Room Tip: Upgrading to the executive floor or getting HHonors status would be advised

I booked a room at Conrad Centennial Singapore for a weekend staycation as well as to catch the National Day Parade Rehearsal fireworks. The executive floor room, which I was upgraded to as a result of my Hilton Gold membership, provided excellent space and in-room amenities. The view of the Marina Bay area was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was served by the poolside and it had a good spread of local, Chinese and Western food. For the health enthusiasts, the pool and the gym were well-maintained and there were plenty of sundecks for those who want a glorious tan. In summary, I had a memorable stay and would definitely go back again in 2013 for the same reason!

a wonderful hotel.. Staff was so friendly and also informative.. Hotel was wonderful and we may suggest you stay at Exec Level so as to be able to visit Exec level room with breakfast, snacks, drinks, and more than snacks at dinner. also service there was wonderful.. Definitely a winner.

Room Tip: suggwest executive level so as to be allowed ti use the exec level room. worth the added cost

Conrad Singapore review

This is one hotel in Singapore which I cannot fault at all. We were very well looked after from the time we booked our two night stay at this amazing Singapore hotel. 

A few days before our stay we received an email from the hotel enquiring about our expected time of arrival and also asking if we had any specific requests.  We reached the hotel after a long flight from Sydney via Kuala Lumpur and were checked-in by warm and efficient front desk staff. The lobby is classy and not too fancy. I was immediately recognised for my HH Gold status and was offered a choice of extras to which we chose the lounge access and unlimited WiFi internet. Since we arrived at the hotel much before the actual check in time the rooms were not ready but we were prepared to wait as we weren't too tired and had slept well on the plane from the night before. The check-in staff  escorted us to the Conrad Lounge to relax and help ourselves to refreshments while the room was being prepared.

Barely an hour in the lounge we were informed our room was ready. Luggage was promptly delivered. The room although a bit small was functional with good views. As a welcome gift the hotel had placed a bowl of exotic fresh fruits, a box of delicious conrad chocolates and the conrad soft toy. 

After a few minutes while using the wardrobe the sliding door almost came out but  were not hurt or severely inconvenienced. We informed the guest services and an engineer was quickly sent to the room. He said the repair would take a while and if it was ok for us to move rooms. Since we had not unpacked we decided to move.

The room they gave us now was even better with more space and even better views. Of course with another set of fruits, chocolates and soft toy placed.

When we called to enquire about the evening cocktails in the lounge. We were invited to come and try the afternoon tea as well. So we decided to go ahead with the offer. This was almost a lunch like spread with free flow wines, juices, salad, sandwiches, chocolates, delicious cakes, cheese, choice of tea/coffee and a lot more. The food was top quality and the service was very attentive but discreet. It was amazing to watch  Singapore skyline from the lounge.

In the evening we returned to the hotel and went  up to the lounge for evening cocktails  it was busy but we were seated immediately. Again the spread was like a meal. Wines, Champagne, Salad, Soup, Dim sum, Desserts and more. 
I see a lot of people mentioning noisy kids in the lounge. Yes there is a note at the entrance stating kids below 12 are not allowed and we did see young children in the lounge but they were very well behaved. So it was ok for us. The evening views of Singapore Skyline from the lounge were absolutely beautiful. Fountain of Wealth could also be seen from the lounge. We were so full after the food in the lounge on the first day that we didn't feel like ordering any food from room service.

The morning after breakfast at Oscars was the best i've had at any hotel in a while now. Great choice, quality and service. Try the freshly made waffles with your choice of ice cream and toppings it was delicious. You'd wonder ice cream at breakfast. Come on it was amazing with the waffle and we were on a holiday.

Next day we had breakfast at the restaurant next to the pool here the choice wasn't as big as Oscars. But we were still very happy and I think they also did some fresh smoothies.

The pool area is nice, calm, not too busy and there were plenty of loungers to relax. Shame the hotel does not have a gym, but they have a spa which we did not try.

Although the hotel is a bit old it is very well maintained and offers good amenities right in the heart of Raffles City. Suntec shopping centre is a 5min walk  and its a leisurely 10 min walk to Marina Bay. We also watched the  free for all laser light show on the Marina Bay (its a must watch while in Singapore)

The staff is what makes this place to special. Many Thanks to Bora, Jung, Gigi, Mark and Wendy. On my next visit to Singapore I would simply not hesitate to stay at Conrad Centennial.

Oh yes! do not  forget to come down to the lobby bar where a live band plays late into the evening. The female singer had amazing voice and piano was absolutely soothing. With a nice cocktail in hands this was a fantastic way to end an frantic but amazing day in beautiful Singapore.
