Rooms were very conjusted, Food was horrible, supose to be prepared by Indian Cheff, had to wait for the bufet to be refilled, guest travelling with me were also not happy.
I had a tough time searcing for room alloted to the guest 400+ and to top it all the staff was not very helpful.

From the moment we were greeted at the door to the time the doorman closed the cab door on our departure we were treated like royalty during our three night stay.
The service at The Holiday Inn Atrium is second to none, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located and has several restaurants within walking distance.
We were celebrating an anniversary and were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite room with Executive Lounge access. We had a panoramic suite with a view of the city which was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed.
The hotel facilities are excellent and we were blown away by the variety and quality at breakfast. The international options and freshness was the best hotel breakfast we have seen in a very long time.
We were so glad we had found The Holiday Inn Atrium and will definitely stay again. Four star hotel with five star service.

Stayed here for one night before flying to Sydney. Hotel is lovely. As a Platinum Rewards member I was upgraded to and Executive Club Room. These rooms are lovely. Beds are very comfortable too. I ate in the main restaurant and the food was ok. Again as a Platinum Member I received a discount on my food. Not sure its great value without this though. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel and for the quality of the hotel it was a great price.

My husband & I stayed here with our 2yr old son for two nights, in Feb 2013. Overall we were pretty unimpressed with this hotel. The atrium looks amazing, especially at night, so our first impression was good, although our "welcome" by the reception staff was very lack lustre.
Our room was spacious and had a good view & the hotel location was decent. However these things were over shadowed by the downfalls that included paying $40 for the worlds worst club sandwich and potato skins (room service), a terrible buffet breakfast (all the food was cold & soggy) and finally by a broken light in our cupboard (that wouldn't turn off & lit the whole room!) that we fixed ourselves by wedging tea bags into the cupboard door.
Singapore is generally expensive, but for $200 a night we still expected more from this hotel.

I have just stayed at this hotel. And the first impression is this is very old and out fashioned hotel.
Here is the detail:
The interior: very old, out fashioned, rounded rooms location. The lift is old and slow.
The bed room: old design. There is wardrobe next to bed precisely. It's really bad idea to put mirror at wardrobe door next to the bed. We could not sleep well, decrease sleep quality :(
Perhaps the designer would like to have wide looked impression. But it is really bad idea.
Scare us, when you suddenly wake up during your sleep and look at your face at the mirror.
The bath room: same as the hotel, it was so old, with many spots on the mirror. Fortunately the towell is clean and they change it and clean up the room every day.
The restaurant: the glass they put next to the drink was awfull. I take the first glass, it was still dirty. The second glass and the other next is wet. Did the hotel didn't have dryer?
The food: is not good taste. There is no speciall food at this hotel.
The staff: the good point for this hotel is only the staff, they are friendly and helpfull.
