The staff were great the room with a view was great!
The restaurant on the top floors was fantastic! The food, the view, the staff were all exelent!
The room service was also awesome!

Earlier this week, I stayed at Swissotel in Singapore for two nights.
The rooms are comfortable. I took a twin bed room. Beds are softer than what I normally prefer. The Steam iron and iron board were available.
What lets this place down is the complete lack of warmth in hospitality. Whether you are checking in to the hotel or having your breakfast (meal) or checking out, one does not feel the warmth of their service.
I am a vegetarian. After trying breakfast on day 1, I decided to simply give it a pass on the second day. There is a sense of chaos. The Indian breakfast selection can be significantly improved. I did not go for breakfast on the second day. No interest.
The Indian restaurant on the 3rd floor is good. Enjoyed our simple meal there.
There are better options available and I have no plans of returning to stay at the Swissotel hotel in the near to medium term.

Hotel location is excellent + rooms are very clean there bed are very comfortable and good selection of Resturent and bar near by and Robinson shopping mall just behind this hotel as well so it's a recomodation for your next stay in singapore if you choose this hotel

Currently staying at the Swissotel Stamford as a family of 4 staying in a Harbour View Room. The view from the 47th floor is definitely worth it and large enough and a good layout for the family. Haven't had any issues with the lifts as has been reported and staff from Anna who checked us in to the staff in Cafe Swiss has been fantastic always a smile and keen to interact with the kids and bring a smile to their faces. Yes rooms aren't new and are dated but they do hold a charm in saying that. Looking forward to our 10th anniversary tomorrow and our week long stay.

Great central location and great views. Recommend for short stay. Not a value for money facility. Exorbitantly expensive; try it enjoy the views and move to another hotel which is much better value for money.

Hotel is next to a MRT and a beautiful shopping centre. it is walking distance from all attractions, if you love walking as we do. we stayed on the 55th floor and the view is spectacular over the harbour and Marina Bay Sands. the check in was speedy by a very polite and friendly young lady and check out was the same. we had excess to the executive lounge on the 60th floor and the view is even better. there was a good selection of food and drinks the only draw back was the lady doing the food check with her thermometer in front of the guests and writing the result on her paper work which she lays out over the food counter, it was just not on. that should be done before anyone is in the lounge or while no-one is around the area where she is doing it or maybe in the kitchen before the food is brought out. our room was spacious and although the bed was hard i rang the house keeping and they placed a bed topper over the mattress and it was much better. thank you for supplying us with the pillows we requested before arrival as well. nothing was trouble for the staff you only have to ask for information they made sure they find it for you and lead you in the right direction. we stayed at the hotel few years ago and enjoyed the buffet breakfast immensely as the smoked salmon and cured salmon were done on the premises , now it looks like it is frozen as it was soft and mushy. all in all there is a great selection of different foods so you cant not find something you like. almost all the restaurant staff were great except the young Indian lady who was in charge of one of the areas looked like she didn't want to be there and her facial features showed more then what we should see. the young waiters were wonderful , made my coffee nice and hot every day without having to ask. thank you and c u soon
