Spectacular experience end to end with one potential exception. The hotel has phenominal views of the bay, but the treadmills in the gym look out a window at some potted plants. Move your gym to take in the view!!

I really can't say that the Mandarin isn't a lovely hotel but it is certainly not up to the standards of a high-end hotel. Check-in was not exactly smooth - a good bit of waiting as the front desk was understaffed. My room was fine - comfortable bed plus a working desk but the room was small. The bathroom felt especially cramped although it had good amenities. The hotel overall feels a bit dated; it is dark and the hallways could use some updating. I had breakfast which was good -- it's a very sprawling buffet with lots of choices. In all, I would not stay here again. There are other choices in Singapore in this price point with much better service and larger, more comfortable rooms.

This was our first experience with this hotel chain and we were very impressed.
We stayed on the Club Level and ate at most of the restaurants in the hotel.
Club level service was excellent.Breakfasts, all day refreshments and dinners cocktails were excellent.
The location is excellent and the staff are all well trained. We can definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if we travel to Singapore again.

Room Tip: Club level for the view.Room 1937

Arrived at the hotel at 12:15pm, the room wasn't ready. Normal Check in time is 2:00pm. The lobby was busy with only 2 people at the front desk. The hotel is dimly lit. The room I received was on the 5th fl. facing the pool area. It was clean, a little small and the twin sized beds are pushed together. Had breakfast at Melt Cafe, has a large selection of both Asian and American food. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to major businesses and some tourist sights - Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands, Merlion.

Just moved on from the hotel after staying 3 nights whilst en route to Bali. 20th floor harbour view room - wonderful view, but the Executive Club the reason for coming back - exclusive access to extremely well staffed exec club where the pre-evening meal drinks and canapés were truly excellent. Breakfast too - wonderful, the a.m. selection catering for taste rather than quantity - yet we always felt spoiled for choice. Highly recommended for couples wanting a high standard - not just for business - although this is undoubtedly a business location. Be prepared to conform to a reasonable dress code in order to fit in though. Well worth the effort.
(BTW - room excellent standard - bed esp. great.)

We decided to stay at MO Singapore based on reviews from Tripadvisor. Thanks everyone for your contributions.Yes, the hotel seemed dark, probably due to the design but it didn't bother us.Check-in was a breeze except for those driving. The car park was a bit confusing to us. I would advise those driving in to valet park,it is complimentary no matter how many times you go in and out. Please remember to bring your swimwear, you wouldn't want to miss the pool on the 5th floor. It is one of the most inviting pools I have come across in Singapore ! We had a room facing the Singapore flyer and MBS, it was awesome . Well appointed, clean rooms, comfortable bed with a jar of bath salt in the bathroom for those who enjoy soaking after a long day of walking. Excellent buffet spread with good quality yoghurt fresh juices .Good mix of western and asian spread. All in all, we left feeling so good we will definitely stay here the next time we are in town. If you are adventurous for local food, take a cab to Albert Centre ,it's a food court where locals go to. The variety will blow your mind.Fare is S$4.50

Room Tip: Pay extra for a harbour view room if your budget allows it. You will not regret it.
