Just spent 10 days at the Mandarin Marina. People say what can you do for 10 days in Singapore well let me tell you i could have just stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The rooms are fantastic, great views, good beds, great bathrooms and very clean. The restaurants were amazing with fantastic italian, yes strange to go to singapore for italian but probably tne best italian i have eaten. The chines restaurant was amazing and because it was nearing chinese new year so much atmoshere. Then of course there was the breakfast with anything you wanteed to eat or could ever want to eat. The atrium of the hotel was enormous and had birds chirping all day. I used the gym and pool every day, the water in the pool was the softest i have ever swam in and i swim a lot. The service was first class, nothing was a trouble to do and the staff were so polite and helpful. This was my third visit to singapore and i loved it, the accomodation was first class. The position of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from everywhere including train station and the underground shopping centres. You can leave the hotel and shop or catch the train without ever going outside.

Room Tip: Any room would be good there are views out of every window on every floor

My first visit to Singapore was make even more special by the great staff, food and service at the hotel. It is central to all services and transport and the friendly staff are always on hand to look after your needs. The variety and quality of the buffet breakfast are the best I have experinced in my travels throughout Asia. Will certainly be back for another visit.

Room Tip: Upper floors have fantastic views.

I went to this hotel a really really long time back..But it has by far been one of the best hotels i have lived in.. The staff was really warm and cooperative. the rooms were huge and had a great view. The bathrooms were grand and well made. The best part was it was connected to a shopping mall as well as a station. A must visit place.

I love how this hotel is linked to a shopping mall which leads to another shopping mall just by walking. Very convenient to major central attractions. I actually ended up seeing all the attractions in Singapore including Sentosa. Great service and lively hotel with plenty of entertainment options.

Stayed here for business/pleasure and enjoyed it. Worth upgrading to the Meritus club floor. Breakfasts are better than normal here with numeous hot entrees plus omellettes and continental/cold offerings. Happy hours also quite nice with excellent service. The club itself has a great view. Club level also entitles you to 2 pieces of laundry each day which is useful for long trips.
Gym is good; 2 elipticals and 3 treadmills and 2 bikes plus about a dozen weight machines as well as a smith machine, cable machine and dummbells. Did not try spa or pool but pool looked really nice.
Location also quite good; near the harbor but pay attention to hotel's walking instructions as there are underpasses to take you to many places due to the heavy traffic nera the hotel. Ate in the Italian restaurant which was also good but a bit pricey.

Room Tip: Get a Meritus Club Floor, it is worth it
