“So terrifying but such a rush!”
Reviewed December 28, 2013

Four of us decided to try this on a whim and it was exhilarating! The slow (and backwards) ride up was TERRIFYING and since 3 of us were female, there was a lot of screaming going on on the way up. Once at the top, the person in the middle has to watch for the yellow light to turn green. Once it turns green, the person in the middle has to push a lever for you to be released! (I'm glad I was not in charge of this!). My husband (who got stuck with this job) waited until the light turned green (in reality it was probably like 5 seconds once we reached the top but since we were just waiting to be released, it felt like we were hanging for our lives for 5 minutes!) At last he pushed the lever and WOW, the terror I felt knocked the scream right out of my lungs for the initial fall. Once we reached the bottom of our "swing," all you could hear was the three of us ladies screaming our heads off. We got on it just after the sun went down so the views were amazing once the initial terror was over. Would definitely recommend it!!!

“A thrill for the family”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

I sent the wife and two older kids on the ride (I'm not crazy). The youngest (7) was very upset about being tall enough for the ride but children under 12 weren't allowed. The other three loved it, the initial fall being the best part but then of course it's basically a giant swing. Staff were OK, took a while to get us organised and the set up for the ride and the after effects are very slow. The ride is a bit pricey however "only" SGD 20.00 for a video on a memory stick/bracelet of the ride is actually one of the best prices I've seen for this type of thing. A bit of fun and something to tick off the bucket list.

“Look down at Clarke Quay while being flung upwards”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

This is a fun way to see Clarke Quay and the river. There's a frame with three seats, joined to two tall pillars by bungee chords. The chords are stretched, then you're flung upwards, the frame as it's flung up, and then as it oscillates up and down it also rolls a bit where sometimes you're almost inverted. From up there you get a great view of Clarke Quay and it's surroundings (pity you aren't allowed to take a camera or for that matter any loose objects that may be flung onto spectators or passers by).
The best time to do the reverse bungee is at night (this of course should be just before you enjoy eating and drinking at Clark Quay's many restaurants), the view at night is better.

“Slow death”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

We call this the slow death and the reverse bungee quick death. They pull you up until you are almost parallel to the floor from I am not sure how many feet up then release. The swing turns as it swings too. It was unforgettable but expensive. Do it once and get it over with. The staff was nice and jokes around with you and scares you a bit more for the thrill. Watch other people do it. That is fun too.
