“First and last time here.”
Reviewed November 16, 2013

Nice atmosphere however they play their music too loud.

Had dinner with my family here and i ordered the rosemary lamb chops which was reccomended by the waitress.

When it arrived i already knew it was going to be HORRIBLE. First it looked very dry, burnt and overcooked. For 16.90 i could have gotten better lamb chops at a coffeeshop.

Had the first bite an if because i wasnt hungry i would have stopped. It was just plain bad. The worst lamb chops ive had ever.

Secondly, when we were done eating the staff didnt clear our table even after almost half an hour went by. We had to put our dirty dishes on the next table even then it took a while before they started to clear them.

A praticular staff was rude as when he served our dessert he just put it on the table. I had the umm ali and wasnt even given cutleriea to eat with. The waiter put my dessert on my table and left didnt even have the chance to ask for a fork for my dessert.

There was also an incident where we werent allowed to shisha as we were sitting outside but when another couple came to shisha they were allowed. I guess nabins has some kind of double standard.

“Belly dance was the only redeeming quality”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Food did not seem aithetic. The vegetarian platter we had were mostly previously frozen and deep-fried. Worst falafel i ever had - tasted frozen too. It was quite comfortable having a meal on the 'bed/couch' setting. The highlight was the belly dance altho it did not sustain our interest for long. Unlikely to go back there again

“Nice ambience”
Reviewed August 13, 2013

Nice ambience especially for young couples and younger age group who wants to hang out with friends. Not suitable for families with children in tow. Food served are halal but there is no halal certification as they served liqour. No prayer room provided for those who wanted to perform their prayer or alternatively you can pray at sultan mosque which is about 10-15 mins walk.Middle eastern n asian food on menu. Food and drinks are at higher price range as compared to restaurants around the area. Food is bland n portions are small. Overall, , its not worth the money except for the ambience.

“good beer @ good price”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

although it was already very late at 10pm, they offered me beer at happy hour prices. Beer was cool, cozy sitting and friendly service. A bit empty already, but it was a weekday. So, it was more for a good chat with friends.

“AVOID AT ALL COST”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

customer service sucks, food sucks, shisha sucks....the whole place sucks. We ordered the mousakka and nabins platter. The platter was nice, although there was nothing middle eastern about it. I couldnt even get through half of the mousakka, as there was no marination in the meat as well as the eggplants being non-existant, opposing the menu description. It was basically cheese and tasteless minced lamb. I ordered a tower, which took nearly 45 mins to get to our table, by that time it was no longer cold and the beer all came out as foam. After that we ordered some shisha, which took another hour to arrive. The taste was dissaspointing, and even after several request they did not top up the charcoal. At this point in time we wanted to order more beers and after waiting 20 mins (without thier arrival) we decided to ask for the bill. The most dissapointing dining experience ive had my whole life. It really just seemed as if the staff were totally ignoring our request the whole time
