Overall, I am inspired by this outlet.
The layout of the Mediterranean "regional stalls", the various distinctive seating sections, the conducive mood lighting, and that certain buzz of liveliness all around. All very pleasing to me.
The varieties of food on offer is appealing. As many dishes are only cooked when ordered, not all dishes are displayed. My eyes were constantly enticed as different cooked dishes surface from the various stalls waiting for "pick up". The outlet concept is self service, you get a "time buzzer" and a receipt after placing your order. When your buzzer flashes and vibrates, that is time for you to pick up your order from your stall so you do not need to hang around waiting and watching.
I particularly enjoyed dishes from the fresh seafood section and the meat skewers with savoury rice. Soup tasted fresh and wholesome too.
Self service does not appeal to everyone, particularly when eating alone .. the anxiety of leaving one's bag at the table whilst retrieving a food order from the other end of the outlet .. you picture the logistics (haha).
