We had a lovely Solemnization at Gaia. Restaurant manager Andreano & assistant manager Maja created a fantastic lunch expereince, attentive to the details and to our guest. All our guests gave thumbs up for the starters & main course, especially the Risotto with black truffle puree and Ricotta cheesecake with blueberries sauce created by Chef Massimo especially for us. Our infinite gratitude to the team that were on duty that day.
