The standard ticket will provide access to Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. At this time, they have special presentation of Tulip mania at the Flower Dome. At night the tulipmania area is lighted, but I think its better to come here when natural light still available, maybe around 5-6 pm, because their spotlight arrangement ruin the color of flower when taking picture.
As I read from forum discussion, every night they have Garden Rhapsody : music and light presentation. But this information is not available in the brochure and the signage in the area.
The Garden Rhapsody is at the SuperTree Grove area.
You can actually lay your body under the supertree grove to watch the light or at the nearby small grass yards. They have a number of steel chairs too.
We went there at Saturday night and they have performance on 7.45 pm, 8.45 pm and additional 9.30 pm. Weeknight they supposed to have only 7.45 pm and 8.45 pm.
From here, walk about 10-15 minutes (one escalator, two lifts) and include crossing dragonfly bridge and will arrive at Marina Bay Sands. and can take taxi from there.
