Love the flower themes that changes rather frequently. At least 5 to 8 yearly which means you won't get bored with the display and setup for long. This appliea to the Flower Dome.
The other payable venue is the Cloud Forest where you get to experience a man made waterfall fountain that's 6 to 7 storey high. You could choose to venture either bottom up or top down via like a spiral stairway. Majority would pick the latter way to enjoy the cool water mist spray around.
Both Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are air conditioned, making these places a welcome visit on a hot humid day. At some points we could also view the Singapore Flyer at a distance.
If you do not want to pay and don't mind the weather you may also choose to go to the outdoor thematic gardens eg. Spices, Chinese or Japanese, which are just as great.
There are occasional events held at nearby grounds eg. movie screening on the outdoor grass patch under the serene night sky facing the Marina Bay Sands hotel, another iconic building in Singapore.
For a closer view of this hotel , you may also pay to go up a few hundred metres tall skybridge and also could catch a glimpse of the CBD skyline and highway and Marina Barrage.
Overall, an enjoyable picturesque attraction to visit.

The 2 domes are amazing. The Flower Dome changes the theme for the floral display periodically. Every visit is different and interesting. Around the 2 temperature controlled domes is an open air garden with different focused areas. The only problem is that there are insufficient shaded walkways so except in the early mornings and late afternoons, it is impossible to enjoy the outdoor areas unless you really love the sun and humidity.

The domes are not a new idea but they are done well, and the park is set against a concrete skyline, yet nature has been given space. Unlike the botanical park it brings in the querky, using lights, theme park technology etc. to good effect, coupled with its neighbours the Sands it offers a alternative world especially at night.

If you visit Gardens by the Bay, must really stay for both day and night. In the day, the two domes are wonderful places to be. I like Cloud Dome as I enjoyed the cooling temperature and allow me to experience the cold while Flower Dome is wonderful for those who loves flowers. They changed the flowers according to seasons as well as themes. I love the lights of the super trees in the night. Contrasting them against MBS is really beautiful.

I went there year 2013, love the place, cause I like FLOWER. Most of the flowers and plants were very special. Don't miss it, walk around slowly and take photo and video .
