Owner description: "Ideal for designer and luxury items, Paragon is an upmarket shopping mall with 200 stores and six levels. Situated on bustling Orchard Road, it has luxury goods retailers like Miu Miu, Gucci, Alfred Dunhill and Salvatore Ferragamo, and fashion labels like Armani Exchange, Diesel, Escada, G-Star, and Miss Sixty that call Paragon home. Certainly a fashionista’s paradise, there is also a mixture of other labels here, including sportswear brands like Nike, Adidas, Asics, and Pan West. Kids will be thrilled with the selection of toys and clothes at Paragon Junior and Toys ‘R’ Us. "

Paragon is nice, clean and everything main Singapore shopping centres are. There is a Toys'R'Us store which is quite large. The best time to visit is during Christmas time as the decorations are absolutely amazing outside and inside :)

Paragon is an upmarket shopping mall, with a generally relaxed and restrained atmosphere for Orchard Road- some shopping centres here can be very busy and bustling!

It has a wide array of generally upmarket shops and luxury brands- it's worth a visit here if that's what you're looking for.

A personal highlight is the Marks and Spencer store, including the food hall- where you can buy a wide range of this iconic store's offerings.

Not what you expect as a first time tourist in the area (2 mins walk from the Mandarin hotel n Orchard Road) but it appears that virtually all the malls have food halls in the basement. In keeping with its style Paragon has a more upmarket hall than some, but worth a visit for the dim sum restaurant at least, which was delicious and great fun.

I would normally be reluctant to visit a place like this expecting that it would be just for tourists, but quite the contrary, it was almost exclusively locals who ate there when we did.

Also amusing to see the "food ninjas" preparing and serving some of the food (you'll see what I mean if you go!).

Paragon mall may be small compared to other shopping places in Singapore but the selections are great. It has a good mix of luxury and more affordable fashion brands. Hand bag prices can range from SGD 50 to SGD 1,000 ++. Retailers include luxury brands such as Etro, Aigner, Coach; mid-priced brands such as Ms. Selfridge and La Senza; and other very affordable items in Metro department store.

They also have great food choices at the basement. They have a branch of Din Tai Fung - a restaurant known for its spectacular truffle xiao long bao.

Other things I liked about Paragon are the quality of finishes, good lighting, upscale ambiance and very clean toilets.

As most malls in orchard road, what the mall sell is not for tourists with limited budget. but when you are in orchard road, the mall is feasible for you to visit, especially if you have small children. please go up to the 5th floor, there is a area called paragon junior. where it has playarea small but pleasant enough, considering not many malls in orchard area that has it. Playarea is connected with the store Toys R us and Mothercare. When you are waiting for them to play, try to use a nearby toilet, right next to the elevator nearby. You will feel a different experience when urinating or a dress, because the toilet in Paragon use "technology" to pamper visitors. Try it ..
