I finally got to try Guy Savoy's restaurant. I wanted to try it when I was in Paris but didn't have enough time. The Guy Savoy restaurant at Marina Bay Sands is fantastic! The food was spatacular - I had the tasting menu of course! It may be a little pricey but it's worth it. The gastronomic techniques and the flavours he puts into every dish is with careful thought - u can tell. My hubby didn't even know what he was putting in his mouth but he kept saying it was fantastic! The service was fantastic!!! They didn't serve overly slow unlike JR restaurants. The only I wasn't crazy about was the bread basket - kinda ordinary for a 3 michelin star reataurant. But I would definitely go there again.

What a joke of a restaurant I cannot believe that Guy Savoy would put his name to such an atrocity. Four of our meals came out and then the fifth took a good 10 minutes to come out after, when you pay over $1,100 for a meal you at least expect them to be able to deliver the meals at the same time. The food was sub par at best and they seemed incapable of being able to cook the meat to 'medium'. Chips was the only side I was served with my duck, and honestly I would have had better out of a packet. The menu offered no option to order extra sides either. The atmosphere of the resturant was nice but that is the only good thing I can say. No wonder they don't have a Michelin Star.

Tried the smallest degustion type menu and wow, lots of food. Many courses had extra courses within the course and by the time the cheese trolley came along, bloody hell, never eaten so much of so little! They are kind of small serves but so many serves it was a struggle to make it to the sweets trolley that came out,,, still forced in a few samples though. High quality service and quality food as you would expect.

Despite completely blowing our budget we enjoyed an amazing meal where every ingredient was carefully thought out and each dish constructed with care. The mosaic of foie gras. poullard and artichoke was to die for.

Went there for a business dinner and was apprehensive due to unpleasant experience 2 years ago. However, this time i was blown away with the quality of the food plus the creativity. The staff was helpful and friendly, great sommelier!
