Not Value for money !
I was stayed for business trip, with double room, that was too small the room, that's no space for my luggage, even my 1 day & 1 person trip luggage !
That's no window inside room, like a box.
Breakfast, i was ordered double espresso, charged !
Breakfast limited food.

Moon hotel is located in the poorer end of town, featuring incredibly small but surprisingly comfortable rooms. Very clean, good breakfast and great free cocktail hour between 5-7pm. Overall a great value hotel if you don't mind lots of walking/catching public transport (which is great and very easy to use).

A beautiful small boutique hotel. A bit expensive for a small 16sqm standard room. It suits couple for a weekend stayover without luggage. If you intend to stay longer with luggages, do not take the Standard Room as it is really small. The room is extremely beautiful, modern and trendy. The bedsheet, pillow case and quilt are pure white. The bed is very comfortable. Very near to pubs and local eateries. The breakfast is ok and the lobby area serving the breakfast is beautiful. International channels in room available like HBO etc.

The rooms are tiny with NO window - which is very odd ! The rooms however have goodish bathrooms with a good tv , free mini bar ( with beer ) & good telly.

The bed is on a high platform - no good for older people . The area interesting , little india is central with much to see & cheap places to eat.

Best part of this hotel , free drinks up to 5 per room per night from 5pm to 7pm . Staff begrudge serving you but they will do when pressed . Drinks in Sing very expensive - good for young people for a day or two - others wont like.

The room is the smallest room I have ever seen and that was in an upgraded room! The bed touched 3 of the 4 walls. Still, the pleasant staff and the amenities do help make up for the size of the room. The minibar was complementary as was breakfast. Breakfast was not complicated but adequate. Would be great for newly weds... lol

Room Tip: All rooms are about the seem. Just pack light...

Some would argue that design is not just how things look, but also how things work. In this case it's true.

First of all, Moon Hotel is located in Little India, an interesting and colorful part of Singapore. At first glance the hotel looks and feels nice. With it's modern visual design and minimalistic style one can easily think that it's money well spent. A quick look at the rooms reveals something different. The room is small(at least the one we stayed in) and are not particularly well designed. Though it is visually adequate there's something strange about it. The sink for example is located on the outside of the bathroom/lavatory. I guess this is done to save space(?). Is it the best solution? I dunno, but it's still strange. The weirdest thing dough is the lavatory. Many hotel-lavatorys these days they are illuminated by natural light, having frosted glass separating the lavatory from the rest of the room. In the Moon Hotel rooms the glass are not frosted(!). Why you say? I have no clue. To be fair, the shower separates the lavatory and hotel room. I guess its kind of hot to watch your lover or wife/husband take a shower at times, but it's ridiculous when you at the same time are basically forced to watch them wile they are doing their business.

Anyways. Decent breakfast, nice staff and interesting surroundings made this a semi-pleasent stay.

It's a shame that the rooms are designed the way they are, because with just a few adjustments to the rooms functional design, the hotel would have been totally worth my money.

We arrived at moon hotel to be told we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. I was relieved as I had booked the smallest standard room there was. When I saw the deluxe suite, I was pretty disappointed to see how tiny it was with no window. I'd hate to see a standard room!
The room, however, had everything we needed and offered free mini bar drinks. The breakfast was basic but good, and having free wifi was great.
Upon checking out, we waited at the unattended reception for at least 10 minutes until someone came and sat down behind the desk, without addressing us at all. On a good note, they agreed to hold our bags for a few hours until our late flight.
Not a bad place for very short stays.
