The set lunch - a kebab or similar, with some salad, hummus, soup and a dessert - is very keenly priced, and very good quality. Singapore has variable and often terrible or overpriced hummus (I've managed to find a tub of the stuff for twenty US$ before, as if it was being made from goldplated chickpeas), and Urbanbites is fairly exceptional in the hummus department, by virtue of being competent. Plus, you can buy hummus to take away, and although a little pricey, not excessively so.
At lunch the place is absolutely rammed. There are a few tables outside but if it's raining that's not very nice, and if it's not raining then you'll be blinded by the sunlight blasting down on you - get in, get fed and get out as swift as you can.
