Its a small hotel with ultra small rooms, What ever little I have traveled this is the smallest possible room that i have seen (room no 301). Rooms are clean but most of the rooms do not have sunlight. The staff is straight and almost bordering Rude. One particular gentleman with with french cut beard (he was from India) was extremely rude. We had 3 rooms and we were part of a group but they did not give us rooms on same floor the standard answer was the hotel is overbooked and we do not have rooms, but I saw almost everyone with multiple rooms fighting for adjacent rooms. The breakfast is just basic,the breakfast area is tiny and has not more than 20 seats, Everyday i had to wait to get a table. The staff is extremely straight faced ..no one smiles at you ..one particular day i asked for salt I was told the restaurant is closed and whereas i could see sprinklers lying on tables after much insistence they allowed me to take a pinch of salt in paper napkin. no choice of eggs hardly 2-3 options for anyone whether vegetarian or non vegetarian. Only one good thing is location its on main road (Victoria street), but i guess one should stay near little India or at the orchard road. Over all too small..to unfriendly..but i guess you get what you pay for.
