Imagine being shrunk and tossed in the back of your mom's freezer. Yeah, that's pretty much it. This place is certainly a one-off visit. Not much to do there.

To be honest with you, this is probably the worst place I have been in Singapore.I mean seriously? $20 for a photo? The equipment there are incredibly overpriced and especially the jacket, which is smelly, sticky and smells like horse scrotum. To be frank, the staff there were plumpkins and showed no respect at all. They displayed an appalling attitude towards my family and I and were mostly rude. The lightings and facilities were also terrible.Sorry,I hate writing bad reviews but this visit to an attraction was the worst one I had in my life.I certainly hope the people would change this.

Went here as a Tripper Pass Package. Wouldn't recommend it unless you have kids or have never seen snow (ice?). For the price you would still have to rent out gloves and pants if you were wearing shorts. No cameras allowed since they have cornered the market once you are inside. They were renovating the facility when we were there. Maybe it will be better in a few months. Jackets, gloves, boots were all old and pretty much worn out. After a couple of slides down the icy/snowy hill it was kind of boring, maybe it was the walking up the stairs to the top that wore me out. At least the kids had a great time.

This was my second time to the snow city on my children demand.
On the outside of the building, we expected to find my different things and hopefully better.

Still the same problem: the winter jacket that they provided were still in the poor condition. Some and more of them didn't have the zipper, couldn't be zipped.
The winter shoes that provided most of them were smelly, damped and couldn't be closed properly. It was okay we thought. They were just accessories.

When we got in. We were quite shocked. The condition of the snow city, truly changed, differently, which was WORSE. Some of the are were closed by board, they said it was under renovation. The decoration was poor and sad, didn't show any excitement at all. It was so worn out and out of date.

The sliding facilities, which were the inner tire tubes, most of them were flattened, which would not give a smooth slide. And Nobody cared about it.

The attendant of the slide, were (most of them) very rude and uncommunicative.
They used rude and body language to give signal to stop , go , wait or don't come this way or that. Amazingly bad attitude, didn't show any hospitality manner.

The sliding slope was in the thin ,very thin ice that made the sliding process from the top to bottom was very not enjoyable. To many renovation, that made the facilities couldn't be used.

If they kept this facilities and the staff like this better they changed it into something more useful and attractive for the visitors.

It was very obvious that what they cared only was selling the photographs, that could only be taken by the Snow City photographs.

No wonder, people lost their interest to the snow city. It was sunday, but so few people visit it.
I know the maintainance of this kind of facilities would hard and costly, but what I didn't appreciate was that were creative enough to keep this place an enjoyable place.

Took our children to snow city on our recent trip to Singapore as they have never seen snow - this place is very run down- had to change in toilets and they were smelly and damp - once inside my husband exclaimed the place was a dump - there were staff digging up the snow and throwing it out of an open door while my children were walking around - health and safety nightmare - to be fair my kids loved it but I thought the set up was unsafe and cringed as they sped at high speed down the iced slope - they take pictures of you constantly and the cost is twenty bucks each - we bought one - many people came in while we there and had one slide down the slope and left ;(
