Like other reviewers, I need to emphasize the rooms are VERY SMALL. Even the superior rooms are tiny. You could splurge for a larger room but that's an extra $100/night. If the size of the room doesn't matter to you, then everything else about this hotel is great. The service was the best part. The ladies at the front desk were beyond helpful and very pleasant. After a long flight, it was nice to see welcoming smiling faces at the front desk. The rooms are very clean, the shower is great and the bed is comfortable. If this is your first time in Singapore and you're looking to check out some of the more historical sites, like China Town or Little India then this is the place to stay as it's only a few metro stops away. But if you've come to Singapore for nightlife and shopping then I would recommend staying closer to Orchard St or anywhere else along the river.
I probably would not stay here again, only because of the size of the rooms. I found it claustrophobic and if you're staying for more than a few days it's difficult to get settled in. There's not a lot of space for your things or even to just relax and unwind after a hectic day.More
