Not being experienced in Chinese Cuisine we had good help of the beuatiful Card and the sweet and helpful waiter. Finally we ended up with a bit exotic menu: Century eggs, Docks tongue and Crispy duck rolled by hand in rice paper.

All though the Duck tongues were probably a first and last (ok taste, but not really nice consistency) everything were deliciously cooked and presented and the two other dishes were absolutely delicios. Also the dishes being brought to another company were absolutely beautifully served.

The visit to Tung Lok has certainly moved our trip to China several steps up on our priority list!

We dined at the Tung Lok in Changi City Point - a most unexpected find in a shopping centre. The century egg with pickled ginger was a superb entree followed by divine chilli mud crab - do ask for noodles at the end to mop up the sauce! We were treated to a crypto-nite looking juice in test-tubes to assist our digestion - coconut water with wheat grass? The service was delightful and the accompanying snake beans with pork and chilli were superb as well.

I had my ROM (Registration of Marriage) in Tunglok Signatures on Feb 2012, on its quay side balcony.
The size of balcony is decent for mini occasion. It dedicated for ROM. They have 2 balcony, one is bigger but I'm not sure about the capacity. Mine was enough for 10-15 persons.
The view just wonderful.

And after the ROM, we had family dinner in VIP room. They provide a middle-high class service and beautiful cuisines. Best Chinese cuisine in town ! The VIP room is elegant as well.
Best of all, they receive reservation for small amount of people for ROM, rather than other venue which require min 30-50pax in standard.

Whilst this restaurant is a little on the expensive side, the location overlooking the river, the general ambiance and the service are all very good. The menu at lunchtime is fairly extensive and includes some interesting dishes - all of high quality. The crispy wasabi prawns and crispy roasted pork are particular highlights.
