All day refreshments- good! Pool and steam room- good! Movie screening by the pool and fruit tart making class- good! Staff- excellent, helpful and played along when i tried to surprise my partner. They even gave us a photoframe with a group shot of the fruit tart class!

Hennessy checked us in smoothly and came up with friendly Fazli to our room, what a great start.
Henn gave us very timely advice on getting straight out to the night safari, super helpful.
Super comfy ks bed and pillows. Endless snacks and coffee, even takeaway cups if you're on the go.
We found all the meals both abundant and quite good, with plenty of choice, sure its not 3 hat dining, but it's all inclusive. You really can't complain. Nice cheeses too.
Don't forget happy hour drinks brought to you by smiling Chandra and his hardworking team, we seriously had the best Singapore Sling here, others in town were too sweet.
This hotel suited us perfectly with all the comforts and facilities you might need, and not in a massive sprawling complex. It's neat, efficient and all very well executed.
Cool music throughout the public areas makes for a nice groove.
An all inclusive rate, with more freebies than you can possibly ever indulge in, makes everything just too easy.
Suits both business and recreational travellers to a tee.
Quincy is now our easy first choice for future Singapore trips.

Loved the quirky boutique modern feel of the Quincy with super friendly and helpful staff, 5 star service which included complementary limo transfer and laundry! Fantastic location - a lovely short walk from Orchid Rd and efficient MRT! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quincy and would definitely visit again!

I stayed at this hotel because I was having an operation at the mount Elizabeth hospital some 5 mins on foot away. For this the location is very good only surpassed by the york hotel which is 15m closer. However the selling point for the hospital Quincy is the all inclusive package which combined with the friendliness and service of the staff make it an excellent choice for op recuperation. They were willing to have food sent to the room, stock the mini-bar on a daily basis, arrange taxis when needed. As a person staying on their own in post op recovery this is an invaluable service. Food and drinks available all day make it a home from home choice, especially if you think you may not be up and about on your feet. I did not ask for disabled facilities so can not comment about those, but for me they bent came up with the goods and services I needed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Orchard streed - the shopping street, and also very close to metro & bus station.
The staff was very helpful and very nice. The room and the bathroom was big and clean.
The only thing that could be a small minus is that the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air, but the AC was pretty ok.

The Quincy is a distinctive 4-star hotel in Singapore in that it offers full board and lodging. Given the price, it is pretty good value for money. All three princiapl meals are provided, ie, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with early evening cocktails and afternoon tea and cakes. Laying your hands on the cake is however a game of timing. If you get there early enough, say at 3 pm, there is a good chance of your biting into a slice of cheesecake. But you you turn up at 5, the cake platter would have disappeared, as the cake is on a first-come-first served basis. It happened to me during my 5 day stay there in late 2013.

Full board is well and good, except that it is almost criminal to take all of one's meals in the hotel ( the fare is simple and generally healthy, both in choice and quantity; nothing is exceptional or in copious quantity, which was fine for me ), when Singapore is such a renowned food paradise. So it truly puzzled me why such an arrangement is imposed on those who book a room. The consequence is, therefore, as was my case, that hotel guests would skip meals in order to sample the cuisine outside the hotel. My suggestion to the hotel is simple : please do not be selfish in your revenue calculations, offer guests a choice of accepting ot rejecting the board option ( ie, make it optional, without penalty! ).
I first stayed at the hotel more than 4 years ago, when full board was optional. On this return trip, the room was just as spick and span, and the service as friendly. Bravo for maintaining standards!

Very pleasant hotel that really makes an effort to cater to its guests. The airport pick-up that was included in our rate was great – the driver was waiting in the expected spot on our arrival. I think he said the car was a Merc S-Clas but I’m not sure, I just know it was very comfortable! I don’t normally get an airport pick-up, but it was a lovely way to start my holiday, especially after a long flight.

The food that was on offer from 6 to 8pm was really good. There is a terrace area outside that is pleasant to sit at if you can manage to grab a spot. The staff were very nice. The hotel is situated 2 mins walk from Orchard Road. The nearest mall is the Paragon (2 mins walk away), which I thought was one of the nicest malls on Orchard Road. There is a 7-eleven a couple of mins walk from the hotel. Nice touches in the room include lovely Molton Brown toiletries, an ipad docking station and plug adaptors. The room was quiet. My only issue was that there are very few loungers at the rooftop pool, and I never managed to find a free one, despite visiting several times. However, given the space is limited, its an understandable issue.

I would stay here again if I returned to Singapore.
