You would only choose to stay at this hotel for the convenience. Reception was friendly and helpful. Didn't get a chance to enjoy arrived at 11:50pm and left at 5am. Ambassador Transit Hotel are available in every terminal at Changi Airport (T1-T2-T3)
Upon ARRIVAL, DO NOT CLEAR IMMIGRATION / CUSTOMS as Ambassador Transit Hotels are situated on level 3, TRANSIT MALLS.
Use escalator behind Information Counter and Denni.
Luggage Claim is after IMMIGRATION, this is a non-smoking TERMINAL & HOTEL.
In the event, your arrival is in a different Terminal, just take Sky train (0500 hrs to 0230 hrs) / or use travellator to Terminal 2.
Reserved room will only be held for 90 minutes after Arrival of aircraft or 60 minutes after requested / booked confirmed check in time. Hotel will take note of any flight delay.

obviously you wouldn't expect much more being a stopover hotel in the airport.
Our bed was extremely hard and pillows flat and useless - I used my travel pillow for more comfort.
The shower was great, good size and good pressure - a great start to the next leg of our trip.
We were warned of potential noise due to upgrading of rooms, but didn't encounter any.
Will use again for the convenience.

This hotel is really convenient and clean. I always book it when I have to catch connecting flights. The newer terminal has the best rooms but upgrades are happening to the other rooms in the terminals over time. It's hard to get into the newer terminal as you need to book so far in advance. The staff are not as friendly as other staff around the airport but I guess they have to talk to so many people they get tired and frustrated! It's also quite an affordable hotel. Always enjoy staying there. Highly recommended. The only thing that frustrated me on my last stay is a woman with three children decided to use the hallway as a playground as I was trying to get some sleep and I contacted the staff and they were quick to let her know that there are people sleeping and that it wasn't a playground! So there you go, they do go above the call of duty too!

We were not sure how to spend the 12 hour stop over we had in Singapore, so we decided to spend it in the airport. We asked at the transit hotel and luckily we were able to secure a room for 8 hours. The room was spacious, compared to Hong Kong rooms, clean, sound proof and we had an excellent sleep. We also went to the movies, walked n the butterfly and garden and checked out the pool in terminal 1 hotel. It was a nice way to spend our time.

Stayed here for an 11 hour stopover before a flight the next morning. Very convenient and adequate room. Not quite as large as rooms in Terminal 1 but good just the same. Looked to be revamped not long ago and everything was spotlessly clean with good linen on the beds. Would have been better if the receptionist would have stopped pleading us to take an extra hour. I had worked out when I had to leave but she continued to offer an extra hour for extra payment.

The tv reception was so poor it was unwatchable. There was a bright green light on the ceiling due to the cover being removed from the fire alarm. It must have been like that for a while as someone had put a Bandaid over it and it was just hanging there so didn't help at all. Annoying when trying to sleep.

Apart from those hickups room was quiet, facilities and toiletries good and and worth going to again.
