Came here for lunch. Great views, wonderful service and the beef...omg how tender, succulent and tasty!! It was my best so far... loved it, and with a good layer of marbling. Loved it!

Nice freshly baked bread also.... the tiramisu on the other hand was lacking that full and rich taste, look and feel. It was a deconstructed dish... tasty but probably preferred the traditional Italian style one.

I went to Singapore for work only remaining two days.

the spectacle of the bay and the excellent meat eaten didn't make me miss Italy.

Blown away by the highly impressive views and amazing food. Even more impressive was the staff. I attended a packed party with over 100 guests yet the Monti team managed to give me quick service and undivided attention. During the sit down dinner I had a minor wardrobe malfunction. But was quickly ushered to the ladies by the only female waitress who was then assigned to my table for the rest of the evening in case I required her assistance again! Several courses were served each dish with perfect presentation tasting better than it looked. The truffle risotto was simply outstanding and one of the best I have had. Perfect evening for the F1 weekend!

Small restaurant, interesting location and exterior, nice view as it sits at the Marina Bay, poorly managed reservation and average food. Some staff were nice but some had a straight face, didn't exactly feel very hospitable. They screwed up my reservation and it was not a pleasant experience.

I went to a a dinner party during the F1 weekend. My friends and I (35 of us) were at the same birthday dinner celebration of a very dear friend. Even though the place was packed, the food was surprisingly delicious. I have not been to Monti for almost 2 years and we were pleasantly surprised with the food. All my friends were raving about the truffle risotto. Its a must try dish!

The staff were on their toes despite the large number for a sit down dinner. Almost 100 guests ate & drank their fill as well as we danced the night away contentedly. It was purely a great party with fantastic food and service. My friends and I received exceptional service throughout the evening and we will definitely come back again!
