PARKROYAL Serviced Apartments
The "Parkroyal serviced Apartments" is Located 5 minutes Walk from the MRT, 1 minutes Walk from arab Street which is full of different restaurants. Almost Everything you can Think of is within reasonable range to Parkroyal.

The Apartment room
Its modern, the wifi is excelent Even for streaming, the kitchen is Nice and got alot of Comon tools for cooking, the living room and bedroom is Really Nice with big flat screen TV's. There is Nothing to Complain About!

Facilities
The pool area is really good with view towards MBS (Marina Bay Sands). The gym is One of the Best i have ever seen for a Hotel.

The Service
The service has always been good. The personal is Very friendly and helpful. The cleaning personal and repair staff are Nice and friendly as well.

Last Words
I have spend almost 200 days at this place in Singapore within the last year. I previously stayed at Intercontinental Hotel and Oasia Hotel and none of them could fulfill my Needs as parkroyal serviced Apartments could.
I am definitely comming back to this place and can recommend it for business travellers aswell as for people on vacation!

I stayed here after the prices at the Pan Pacific's Serviced Suites (right next door) skyrocketed to about 30% more than at this property. The first thing I want to say is that the housekeeping and portering members of staff are the most polite and pleasant people I encountered during my whole stay in Singapore. There were several ladies of Malay heritage who made my room each day and whom I would see as I came in and out of the hotel. They were so polite and so friendly too; they didn't make you feel like royalty (which I personally find uncomfortable) but were also more than considerate and respectful.

The porter who assisted me with my four pieces of (heavy!) luggage on my departure date was similarly pleasant, and I am so thankful that I did not once have to move or lift any of my bags until unloading at the airport, as it was all taken care of before I could even offer a hand. What's more is that this gentleman was genuinely taken aback when I handed him a tip, which I feel like he more than deserved.

Sada from main reception stands out among the rest of the ladies that work at the front desk, although they were all adequately friendly and welcoming. Each and every time I entered and exited the hotel, she would greet me by name and a smile, except for when she was on the phone, in which case it would just be a smile and a wave. Nothing was too much to ask of her and she was always pleasant to deal with and talk to, willing to help with any queries and requests.

The room I stayed in, I thought, showed signs of wear and tear. The shower curtain was stained and the shower fitting was loose, so the shower head could not be held up so I could shower comfortably. The bedlinen also had an odd smell even after being changed (sort of a damp/musty smell).

Previously stayed at the sister property next door, which had no vacancies at the time I booked, unfortunately. This hotel does come in at a lower price, but also at a bit of a compromise. Overall, thought the staff were brilliant but the rooms can be tweaked a little for a lot of improvement.

I loved the staff, every one of them. Incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We had a few minor issues with our apartment and every single one was repaired within minutes of calling reception. The Hotel is so close to where you need to be including the fabulous MRT train system which gets you anywhere you need to go within a couple of minutes - and sooo cheap. Loved this Hotel and will stay there every time I am in Singapore. Go up to the pool too - best I have ever swam in.
