“Oodles of noodles”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

There's always a long line of people waiting to get in. The service is quick, the food is good.
One big bowl of noodle soup (of which there's a wide variety to choose from the menu), and you're full....

“one of my favorite ramen joints in Singapore”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Noodle soups have always been my comfort food, and Ajisen Ramen always hits the sweet spot. They have a large variety of ramen soups, ranging from the ordinary to the super spicy. It is not similar to the ramen I had in Japan, probably ramen with a Singaporean twist, but it is delicious and heartwarming all the same. They also have some excellent side dishes such as the white fish and octopus. The prices are a bit high compared to the local fare, but the food is worth it.

“Sweet and Tasty”
Reviewed September 23, 2012 via mobile

There are lots of Ajisen Ramen outlets but I tried the one at Takashimaya Department Store. This outlet conveniently located at the food court area, nice decoration, quite a lot variety of menus with lunch sets and special promotions.
I tried the rice sets: pork, tofu and shrimp, the taste is sweet, very tasty and really like the pickles which I usually never touched. My wife tried the Volcano ramen, big portion and good taste.

“Ohayo! Fancy some ramen?”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

Visited the outlet at Clementi Mall (a neighbourhood mall in the West of Singapore).
The menu was not that extensive, really there were many types of ramen (even vegetarian ones) but it has a small range of ala-carte side dishes and sushi rolls.

There're also choices of one-set meals example, rice with kung bao (oyster sauce and chilli flakes) chicken, along with soup and vegetables. That only cost GD$11.80 (you could add in another side dish example, tofu (beancurd) and a drink (iced tea) for only SGD$1.00).

Overall, the service was pretty fast, helpful and the prices were generally affordable.
The food may not be that authentic as actual Japanese cuisine, but it tasted quite okay.
For a meal for 3 pax , if you are ordering ramen or even the one-set meals, be prepared to pay at least a minimum of SGD$50.
