Everything has been pleasant from the start. With the professional assistance from the reservations dept to the reception/service desk even to the butler and service staffs. We booked the premium onsen room which is equipped with a Japanese style concept jacuzzi and also a steam bath room. The hotel even assisted me with some anniversary decor and give us a complimentary cake. The bath robe used is a nice yukata robe. And the bathing items are of high grade. Products from st clement london. Everything from the minibar is free too.

Though the room is abit pricey for a one night stay. But the service, ambience and the privacy u get is worth the price.

The location of the hotel is marvelous as it's located within reaches of USS and the beaches. Not forgetting the iconic Merlion tower

One thing to note: the sound proofing of the room is not too good.

didn't have a great experience in Egypt with Moevenpic but hoped for better things!
Our room was average and the view AWFUL-just parked bus's lorries and trucks in some sort of large car park and way beyond a little glimpse of water.
The staff were nice but I disliked being patronised by the OTT American lady in The Whisky bar- gushing and empty and didn't even tell us what we could have and then overcharged us for our wine. The breakfast was way too costly, especially as we didn't find toast cereal fruit until we were leaving the restaurant, we happened to see children going to the other end of the restaurant and come back with all this stuff- full of loud kids overeating and leaving loads, no just didn't like this place at all and could never recommend Sentosa-stick to Singapore its always reliable

Room Tip: don't expect a view

Stayed here for a night for a staycation for a birthday celebration. Fuss free check-in. Top notch service!

- First impression: Wow wow wow. Spacious, well-equipped and clean.
- Hotel was very sweet to give us a basket of fruits and a cake knowing that the stay was for a birthday celebration.
- Huge bed. There is a pillow menu for you to choose your ideal pillow. Perfect for fussy sleepers like us.
- Spacious bathroom. Love the bathtub! And I love that the shower and toilet area is separated with door.
- Request for pillows and iron were very quickly attended to and delivered by the ever smiling staff.
- Breakfast was nothing special. Not fantastic nor lousy. Nothing to complain.

I will definitely recommend Moevenpick Heritage Hotel to everyone! It is definitely worth your money.

The hotel is great. Close enough to the action, but feels more serene than Resorts World hotels. Pool is great with glass sides. Restaurants expensive but decent quality. The Monorail is right across the road.

The good:

We moved to this hotel from Siloso Beach Resort Sentosa. Upon our arrival, the Moevenpick presented us with ice cream to snack on while we registered. It was fantastic. With sauna-like conditions outside the frozen treat cooled our overheated bodies.

Our room was very modern. At the time of our visit, a huge section of the hotel was under reconstruction. If everything turns out as well as our room, it will be an amazing establishment.

Our favorite part of our room was the bathroom. The walls were adorned from floor to ceiling in rough hewn granite slabs. All the fittings were stylish and very contemporary. The shower was big enough for a basketball team. The tub was a luxurious footie.

Our room had great air conditioning and humidity control. Our biggest complaint at the previous hotel was mold on the ceiling and overheated, smelly room. Not so at the Moevenpick!

With daily rainshowers, the complementary umbrellas were very welcome. They weren't the cheapies. They had strong wooden handles and were big enough for two people.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. They helped us with every need, even handling mailing off our postcards upon departure.

Finally, the Moevenpick sits adjacent to a mono-rail (did you say monorail?) stop. The monorail served as a frequent connection into the city of Singapore. We could easily connect to the subway system to see all the city. It was perfect!

The not so good:

Construction was our only complaint. The view from our room was limited. Had the hotel been completed, we could have had a view of the giant Merlion in front of the hotel. Presumably they have finished everything by now!

The final word:

We would stay again in a heartbeat!

A very good choice for a holiday with kids due to the proximity to all that Sentosa has to offer. Excellent and friendly (unusual for Singapore) staff at the reception, guest relations and even house keeping. As we arrived early, we were happy to receive a couple rooms in the morning to freshen up Rooms are small and the bathrooms are big but have to agree with others about the ventilation problem. Loved the pillows and was even tempted to take one home.
Breakfast was good but the restaurant was crowded and the harried staff were unable to cope. This was a problem on all three days. No free icecreams though.
The swimming pool looked good but the water was treated with so much chlorine that you could smell this from a distance. To be avoided if you have sensitive eyes like mine.
Still a very good hotel to stay on vacation with kids.

Movepick Heritage Sentosa is a luxurious hotel next to Imbiah station on the Sentosa Express monorail and also to Singapore's majestic Merlion. It's easily accessible to all parts of Sentosa via the monorail. The walk from Movenpick to Universal Studios (USS) entrance was about 10 mins.

There's the newly opened wing which was restored from a colonial building dating back to the 1940s. I've had my sumptous lunch set (about SGD$28+) there as well as dinner buffet. Do book the Heritage Suite rooms that comes with 24 hours buttler service. Thumbs up for great service and great value for food served!!!

Room Tip: Book the Heritage Premium rooms located at the new Heritage wing which offers a charming courtyard v...
