“Thoroughly Enjoyable”
Reviewed February 24, 2014 via mobile

Our family if 4 went on a Monday and had a great time at both attractions which we did on the same day. Having been to aquariums in Monaco,Sydney, Melbourne, London, and Vancouver, we would have to commend the aquarium on the incredible viewing tanks. The glass is pristinely clean enabling you to have an excellent view of the marine life contained therein. We had tons of space and we're really able to enjoy the sites and learning at a leisurely pace.

We then had lunch at Adventure Cove-food wasn't bad and reasonably priced especially compared to Aussie prices in similar attractions! Again, going during this time meant that we didn't have to contend with lengthy queues and ALL of us had great fun on the rides. Waiting a bit longer for the Riptide Rocket is definitely worth it. So much fun!!!! If you have tender feet, wear your flip flops to do major walking in the park as the paths can make your feet a bit sore.

My only suggestion to staff is that they clear out the empty tubes from the lazy river rather than letting the clog up the whole thing. It's such a neat and relaxing activity, made frustrating when you come up against a pile of tubes needing to be pushed out of the way.

“interesting place”
Reviewed February 22, 2014 via mobile

Its an interesting place to visit. You will see all sort of fish from around the world and yes,its big.I went there on Sunday and would recommend going during the week as it was very busy with families with kids, otherwise you will end up having to push through the kids glued to the glass. I booked it through a hostel and got a discounted rate of $29, if you turn up at Santosa ticket office it will cost you $S 38. Many hotels offer discounted rates to tourist attractions in Singapore.

Getting there is easy, just take metro to Harbourside station and from there you can walk (just over 500m) or take a monaral train, which can be fun for kids.

We liked the openess of the displays and aquarium, never felt crowded although there were many people there. Unfortunately the Dolphin display was closed (suprising over a holiday period) however it will give us something to look forward to on our next trip
