Went to visit because there isn't much to do before we leave sentosa after a night stay. The museum is new and clean with a lot to see and learn. However for a person my age (mid 20s), I would say it is rather boring except for the show which was pretty interesting with all the effect used.

If you want to visit espcially on public holiday, better purchase tickets online, otherwise prepare for a very long queue.
It's quite big and attach to the aquarium. We enjoy the exibition, and the queue for theatre is not that long.

A great museum with plenty of interactive and informative displays. Take your time to read the information provided in the displays and you begin to appreciate the story of Singapore and it's maritime history.

I had thought that the museum would at least briefly inform visitors about Singapore maritime history. To my surprise, there were exhibits of many countries except Singapore. This was a disappointment considering the fact that Singapore played an important maritime role for around 200 years. How could there be no story to tell?

We had a good time walking around the museum, the word 'museum" may put some other people off, as usually people don't like to see 'old thing', 'history'.
but this Maritime experiential museum will change your idea of "museum'.

the area is huge with well design theme, the movie is a good sharing to the kids about the maritime in Asia history. Typhoon experience is a must try item, while do take your time to discover many small detail in between the display, trust me, you will have surprise.
