Check-in was done swiftly, staff offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, very much to our surprise and much appreciated.
Enjoyed the luxury of space in the room. We had the deluxe garden room.
The patio outside the room is refreshing from the usual hotel routine and waking up to such natural greenery and serenity is simply marvelous! Do note to close the door when you go out to the patio as mosquitoes flew in to the room, and there are millipedes just outside the door. The room is very handicapped friendly. Idock was available. Complete set of toiletries, separate shower (rain shower available!) and toilet area. Very happy with the room.
Check-out was not so smooth as they only had 2 tables at the reception, one for concierge and the other for check in. As there was only 2 staff at the check in table, with 2 chairs for the guests, there were no indication of where we could stand or queue while waiting for the 1st two clients to be done. We waited behind the guest, at a polite distance of course, facing the check-out counter. As there is no indication of a queue line or anywhere, other guests who came later came beside us, seemingly to get ahead of us. There is an area guests could sit and wait but they were all full as people are checking in at that timing too.
Other than that, the stay was great, location is good, with just a 10 mins walk to the festive hotel and the main attractions or a 5 mins shuttle bus ride.
It is a waste to get the room though if you are going to spend all day at the attractions.
Internet access is chargeable and we had no complimentary breakfast.
Will definitely come back again as the room is one of the BEST I have ever stayed in.
Great for relaxing!

Amazing room, friendly staff and very nice location. Will take this hotel again if I comeback to Sentosa.
Room is very big with gorgeous bathroom, try to take the bay view!!!
Breakfast is average this is the only thing that can be improved. Sentosa is amazing and it's a paradise for kids.

Stayed in a Delux Room for 3D2N. It's very spacious, everything i see and touch scream 5-star and i'm staying in the lower-end room god knows how good the higher-end rooms are. It is the furthest from the main attraction (Casino and Universal Studio Singapore) in resort world but in exchange, you get a quiet little place for relaxation with greenery everywhere. There's shuttle service in the morning and buggy cart service throughout the night if you decide to party instead of sleeping. Front desk staff were very friendly where one of them even sat down with me late in the night helping me plan out my activities for the next day. Upon checking in, we were given a $25 off voucher for a spa treatment in the hotel and my mum was pleasantly surprise by how good it was. Housekeeping staff on the other hand were very slow. Had to wait 30 mins and two phone calls before a towel reaches my room. Avoid the restaurant in the hotel. you can get better food at lower prices in resort world itself. I had stayed in hard rock and festive hotel in my previous trips and have say although Equarius is more costly among the 4 hotels, its was worth every single penny and i will stay there again for my next trip to Singapore.

Not the best located hotel in RWS. Stayed in their Deluxe Garden room. Good view of nature greenary. Good sized room. Bathroom is good, with ample space for both of us. Loved the balcony area where we chilled over coffee.

We had an awesome stay-cation at this hotel. Check-in was fast, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was big n comfortable, we were very satisfied with the request that we had made. the bathtub was big n comfortable, very nice to soak inside but the problem we had was the hot water because when we shower half way, the hot water become cold.
