You can drive to the hotel via the Casino carpark and follow the signboard to Equarius Hotel. If you drive into Sentosa, then you will have to pay a separate entry fee $7/car.

We came at 10am and requested an early check in. The staff was nice to call us at 12noon to inform us the rooms were ready. We had 5 kids with us so 4 little girls had their own room while my youngest slept with us.

The hotel has a small lobby and you almost dont know its the check in counter. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is a distance away from the lobby.

To get to USS and restaurants area, we didnt walk or take the shuttle bus. Instead we drove around in the basement carpark!

The hotel room with balcony is big and nice. Super King bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 1 kid. There is also a L-shape sofa with lots of pillows! The toilet is 1/3 of the room size with a separate WC/Standing Shower and a huge bath tub! We had great views from the balcony.

As other guests had mentioned, Wifi doesnt really work but its the same with Hard Rock and Festive hotels. I like that Equarius does not have the crowds like Hard Rock or Festive Hotels but this is far from the actions so if you do not drive, this will not be an ideal hotel for you.

Room tip: Ask for room above level 4 facing the cable car and hard rock hotel.

I stayed at the Equarius for three nights while attending a work-related conference and found it a pleasure to stay at. On Sentosa Island, the Equarius is walking distance to the Festive and Hard Rock Hotel, the Resorts World Convention Centre, and Universal Studios - although connecting shuttle buses do the rounds at regular set intervals. I was provided a large room on the 6th floor with what was definitely a larger than average bathroom. The room came with pretty much everything you would expect in a hotel in this price range: stocked mini-bar (although no freezer compartment for ice), iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, etc. While I was there the WiFi was unstable, often losing connection. When it was connected, the Internet speed was fine. The breakfast was good, and conveniently laid out for those wanting a quick breakfast and then head off to a day of conferences and meetings. For those needing to exercise, you can jog around the resort or enjoy the well-equipped gym that is situated in the Spa, which is about a one minute walk across from the Equarius' main entrance. Free headsets are provided if you want to use the TV monitors fitted to the treadmills and bicycles to watch one of the three channels available.

Room tip: They all look good

From 2pm asked to wait for the room and waited till 5pm rooms still not ready. What's going on with the management poor handling with customer service. Suppose to come here to celebrate my birthday ended up waited so long. They did nothing at all as service recovery all they can say sorry. New hotel so what we paid and waited so long. Worst experience ever never stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. First impression, absolutely lovely huge rooms and bathrooms, the description that came to mind was 'aircraft hangar.' Restaurant was great, especially for breakfast whilst dinner was of an extremely high quality with great presentation. No views to speak of but very quiet being on Sentosa.

At the time of visiting, hotel wasn't fully complete, various works seemed to be going on all over, not enough to disturb though. Staffing levels felt a little low too, especially at reception leading to some nice waits.

Surprisingly no gym. When I tried to find it at 7am I was told that there was one across the road elsewhere that 'might' open at 8am. A little strange for a 5 star. In the end, I just jogged along the road.

This place would be good for a relaxing high end 'do nothing' break, but that's about it.
