Our first visit to Singapore and loved every bit of it. Even location of our hotel was not walking distance to the major attractions it was clean and secure with a swimming pool and a little gym. 7-10 minutes walk to the train station which actually take you though from a local market which had very interesting street food.
In Singapore the train system is so officiant, which ever part you do stay, if you are close by to station that means you are not far from anything. This hotel is even on the direct line from the airport line.
Before I forget I like their buffet breakfast they provided every morning at their restaurant which had a variety of food including eggs cooked on the spot by request with a very reasonable price. Also hourly free shuttle to Santosa island is a good bonus
Benting Hotel, Jurong is a hotel with a minimalist approach to interiors but it has everything you need and more. I would stay there again without a doubt... recommended :-)

Was here to attend an event.

Not very impressed with the overall experience. Checked in took around 30 odd minutes - the waiting in line, the processing to getting the key card.

Room is good for one person. Bed is decently comfy. No cupboard just hanging rack with 4 hangers. Space for a small luggage storage.

The shower cubicle is small, there’s a soap and a shampoo dispenser. My colleague got room 846 that absolutely stunk so much she had to change room!

Restaurant food so so, coffee sucks! No bar so have to venture afar to get chill out with beer.

Saving grace was Malls and MRT station is within 10 minutes walk from back of hotel. So we get to grab good coffee, have a drink or two and chill.

If on a budget or looking for no frill place to crash this is an option but it’s way out of city area so with MRT it’s 40-45 min away. Cab will be costly and may not be quicker.

We booked this hotel by Carousell, this guy is selling for cheap price for 2nights stay. When we got here everything seems ok. The room is small. Then we went out and got back to hotel, the key wasn’t working. So my boyfriend went to the front desk, they asked for the name of the card and birthday. Since it’s not the same with the registered person, they can’t do anything. They wanted the person to come and show the ID. We just found out the guy is in Malaysia. So we need two hours for him to come. We just want our stuffs back and they don’t even let us in. We have proof that my stuffs in there. My meds, my passport is inside the room. They don’t give us any options or try to solve the problem immediately. We know that we probably wrong to let the guy do the check in but we need to solve it or at least give us options to work this out. We are still waiting here at 1 AM, it’s in Ied Fitr eve. Thank you for the stay. Its and awesome experience. Surely something we won’t forget.

In Genting Hotel Jurong, we do take high priority in our guests' safety and security and according to the Inkeepers Acts of the hotel, we do have the rights to refrain non registered guests to stay in the hotel or enter a room without the registered guest's presence.

To the safety of our registered guest, we declined your entry to the room at that point of time and an option was given to you to contact the registered guest as that was the only possible way, we could assist you further.

Mutiara A, we would like to express our sincere apology again for the unexpected experience. In future, we would like to suggest that you should purchase our rooms on our Resorts World Singapore website or any authorized travel website, under your name and register yourself and your accompanying guest who will be staying in the room to avoid similar experience.

A little pricey for a small space. Breafkast was average. The staff was helpful though. They have been patient to explain how to go to my destination for that day. The location is good, it’s near train station and a mall.

The hotel is clean and the services provided by the hotel staffs are definitely excellent. Special mention to front desk clerk Alan who is friendly and shows professionalism when serving us. Will come back in the future.
