the problem with cebu is the lack of greens and parks in the city. Thus this place becomes an attraction for visitors. However, this does not make them a must see. There is not much to do here that cannot be done elsewhere. They have a swimming pool, but there are so many people on weekends, it becomes a wading pool. There are pools in Cebu City that are available for the public's use (for a small fee) like Sacred Heart Center and at Andres Abellana Sports Center. They have a big open grounds which does not justify going there just for big open grounds. Go to Plaza Independencia instead. Or even at Ayala Terraces, at the grassy area between Marriott and Terraces. Or even at the open grounds area of Ayala Park at the back of Immaculada School. There are people who go there for picnics. NO need to go to D Family Park to have a picnic.
