We have stayed at Boracay Beach Club (BBC) from 23rd Mar to 29th Mar 2014 after our first stay in Feb 2011. During the first stay, BBC has already left a positive deep impression because of their extreme good service, especially with all the help given to organise a surprise room setup for the birthday of my boyfriend at that time (husband now). This has prompted us to stay with them again this year as we went back to Boracay for our wedding.
From the pickup at Kalibo airport to Caticlan jetty to the resort itself, they make the travel a piece of cake even when we have arrived on a Thunderstorm day. Upon arrival, the usual welcome drinks and service provided just triggered the feeling we had before. It was flawless!

Throughout our stay, everyone in the resort and at the Ariel’s House beachfront bar (which is also owned by BBC) knew our names by heart and they were always addressing us personally. Ariel’s House beachfront thus also became our usual get-together place with all other friends of ours whom were visiting Boracay for our wedding (40 guests). The warm service and easy going attitude made us feel like BBC is a home away from home.

Needless to say, we have also strongly recommended BBC to our wedding guests and a lot of our family and close friends did stay with them as well. Initially, one of our friend had a room which is located just opposite the receptionist and as they were staying there for 9 days as well, that wasn’t really the best room. After we spoke to Hazel Guantia of the Front Office at BBC, the lady who organised all our bookings and all our wedding-related activities, she actually organised a room change for our friend and even offered a free room upgrade for part of the stay, despite having a packed house.

In addition, a lot of our guests who were staying at BBC actually arrived on the same day with the same flight from Singapore to Kalibo and BBC has made the whole pickup hassle free and smooth even for very big groups.

We would like to thank the whole team deeply from our hearts as they made our stay very special. Everybody was pulling their leg to accommodate to our many requests. In total, we had over 20 wedding guests staying with BBC and everybody enjoyed it.

Part of our wedding was done through BBC and since we are living in Switzerland we had to organize everything in advance by E-mail and phone/Skype. From start to end, we had a perfect match with Hazel who was more than pro-active in finding suitable solutions to all our needs. For example, we had pre-wedding activities for all wedding guests such as sunset sailing and a day trip to Ariel’s Point. Also, we held our party after the dinner reception at Ariel’s House which lasted until after 8am. We loved the staff who were volunteering to make this a very special party!

Thanks again to everybody, and especially Hazel, for an unforgettable stay and being a crucial part of having our dream wedding! We will definitely come back to you!

Room Tip: Include a day trip to Ariel's Point - organized by BBC

Food here and the shakes are all awesome. We would always go back to ariel's bec of the delicious and big servings of food, not to mention the room stay was always pleasant. We watched dvds when it was still too hot outside. Overall great experience.

I am currently writing this review as i sweat heavily in my room (303) at 250am of may 4. Worst experience here in boracay.

The A/C suddenly stopped working at 1AM. How they hell can we sleep? It wasnt because of a power outage for all the other rooms' airconditioners were humming. THEY GAVE US ELECTRIC FANS FOR A FREAKING 6K+ WORTH ROOM? NO COLD WATER, NO ICE AS WELL.

NOT A GOOD WAY TO END MY LABORACAY 2014.

We apologize for the discomfort you experience in the middle of the night caused by the low voltage by the Power Company due to the extremely heavy load throughout the island because of the Labor Day Weekend. We did send 2 of our electricians to repair your Airconditioner and within 30 minutes, it was running fine. During the time that it was down, we sent up 2 electric fans to help with your discomfort. The air conditioner was running fine for the past several weeks before your arrival and has been running fine up to now.

You asked for a discount, and we gave you 50% discount. Unfortunately, we could not grand your request for an Official Receipt for the full payment since you only paid for 50% which made you upset. We again apologize for this, but this is our policy. Thank you.

This place is fantastic. Located off the beach, it's quitet enough to relax away from the party music, yet close enough to easily access the beach. Great value for money with the package inclusive of sailing, banana boat, beach front breakfast, massage and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air port transfers were prompt and hassle free. Highly recommended! Looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed here for 6 nights over Holy Week. The young day time guard was amazing in ensuring my mum crossed the road in safety . Breakfast included is wonderful and always fresh. Beach front chairs are great and are able to be reserved. Decent mini bar, reasonable laundry prices but intermittent wifi from the room. 60 PHP to get a tricycle to dmall. Just far away enough from the noise of station 2 but close enough to enjoy the action when wanted. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

A little hesitant as it was not a beach front resort but it didn't matter in the end. Daytime Kuya guard always took care if us as we approached the resort stopping incoming traffic and haggling tricycles like I was the president of the Philippines. The rooms are nice and clean with hurricane style air conditioners that allows you to escape even the most intense heat. The food was the best on the island. No need to go to d*mall unless you wan to eat at la Mesa which is also good. Even if your meal wasn't on the menu, they will cook it for you! The owner tita Mimi even provided complimentary pancit during the Pacquiao fight! I felt at home! The staff are the most friendly and sincere people I have ever come across. I would like to thank Arjin, Jason, Estor, Rudolph, Patrick, Cindy, Viviian, Cristine. Angela, Maloo and all the other staff at BBC. For making this trip the best holiday. I will definitely be back.

Room Tip: No lifts available so if your a little mobile impaired, best book a ground floor room
