The resort is located in the commercial area of the strip, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. It occupies a short beach front so you need to reserve if you plan to hang/lounge under the sun.

Our room was quite big with 1 single and 1 double bed. Although our room didn't have a balcony, we had a sitting area that was spacious enough. The room was clean, beds were firm and pillows were fluffy. The bathroom was also spacious with a bath and shower. There was construction going on on the first level in our wing so there was a lot of noise during daytime, so make sure to ask or request another area if you plan to rest during the day.

They have a number of pools around and towels were always available.

The breakfast buffet was good enough, somehow they try to change some items daily.

The staffs were nice and friendly and overall, this is a nice resort for families.

Pool was good, location was good, close to the beach.

They had some renovations, but that was kept away behind neutral walls so as to not make the place ugly, also sound was kept to a minimum, very little disruptions which was great. In fact, only realised their were renovations looking back, during the whole time we were there we could just enjoy.

Service was good, drain was blocked when we got there but they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was good, some items weren't to my taste but that's due to personal taste. Also if something wasn't alright, there was heaps of other food that I could enjoy instead.

The hotel is nice en well maintained,renovation is gooing on;
Good location, located in the center off boracay beach, there is no noise from the beach.
The rooms are verry nice and clean, good bathroom.
the wi-fi internet is tooooo expencive ( 100 pesos for one hour)???????????
The only big minus for this kind off hotel is the buffet breakfast, there is realy nothing to eat for non asian people, even not one slice off cheese.
this is a major problem in the philippines, western people do not eat fried fish and rice in the morning.
please raise the standard for your breakfast.

The resort itself is world class. Facilities were excellent, the family room was the best I've seen so far, housekeeping and service staff were wonderful, always smiling and happy to assist.
However, management and Reception staff should be sacked.
We had a medical emergency in their establishment, due to their badly designed pool steps. There was not an ounce of concern nor assistance received from the hotel. Even as my son sat bleeding on the sofa beside the Reception for over an hour, the staff at the reception did no more than glance and gossip. Not one soul from the staff expressed any concern or assistance, other than 1 bell boy who passed by us.
We had to organise our own transportation to the nearest (appropriate) hospital, which was 2.5 hours away on the mainland, even though the hotel had access to their OWN vans and boats. The Front Desk manager only inquired about my son's wellbeing AFTER I requested to meet with her.
A good hotel to say in, as long as you don't expect any assistance when you need it the most.

loved the place, fantastic staff christina, haidy, &gay were the best staff!
stayed there from new years eve until the 6th, the night of the 5th had my iphone stolen, the reception staff made no attempt to call the police or help me in any way, dissapointed with their lack of concern and no follow up on their behalf, this was the only bad point of my stay there.

I traveled to Boracay with a few of my cousins and stayed at the Boracay Garden Resort for 3 nights. It was a rough start - upon checking in to the hotel at 8 AM and going to our room, we noticed that there were a lot of mosquitoes and the toilet did not flush. Not a good start. We called the front desk, they were very responsive and sent housekeeping to our room with mosquito repellant outlet plugs and fixed the toilet. The cousins went out for the day, returned around 12 PM and there were still a lot of mosquitoes. We called the front desk, they came up with a second outlet plug for the mosquitoes, I asked if they can spray the room and I was told that they ran out of mosquito repellant spray and only have outlet plugs available, and again, the cousins went out to explore and spend time on the beach. When we returned to the room at 5PM, the room still had mosquitoes!

I went to the front desk to bring up the issue in-person, and the woman behind the counter was very attentive and immediately offered to move us to another room. We liked the location of the room, and had already unpacked most of our things, and I didn't want to potentially move from one mosquito infested room to another and I asked to speak to the manager. Sandy was her name and she addressed the issue immediately. She understood that though I appreciated the offer to move us to another room (a bigger room), I didn't want to go from one mosquito filled room to another. Within 30 minutes, the room was sprayed, the area outside of the room was sprayed, and we didn't have a mosquito problem for the rest of our stay.

We ended up having a great time. It's too bad that we had to complain about the problem three times before it was finally resolved, but nonetheless, we had a great time.

We booked a Premier double room but was upgraded to a jnr suit on arrivel.
The room was directly opposite the pool and quite noisey so we asked to be moved to a quiet spot, the staff were very friendly and accommodating with all of our requests.

There is some building works going on and although you can hear them drilling and banging it didnt seem to spoil our stay to much. as a special tip you should arrange collection from the airport with the hotel we did and it was world class for a small extra charge.
