Very disappointed that my husband decided NOT to see the butterflies because the front office staff (2 of them) spoke bad English and could not explain properly why we could not be accommodated one morning. They simply said "there's a meeting" instead of saying there was a group tour inside. Management should realize Boracay is a tourist destination. The least they could do is employ staff who can at least handle basic conversational English.
