John and I enjoyed our first visit in the island of Boracay. The premier room at Red Coconut Hotel that we stayed n had a great ocean view. Coconut trees by the coastal line made it more perfect view watching either the sunrise-sunset while standing by the porch/deck of the room. Our four days stay experience made us decide to come back again. The food was excellent and I would like to complement the supervisor at the food section a THUMBS UP!! Another person that i want to say Thank You was Joy at the front desk- She had been very helpfuland accomodating to all my inquirues. Joy and staff keep that beautiful smile!! Thank you very much beautiful people of Red Coconut Hotel...Always keep that SMILE and make the Island of Boracay great again. Till we meet again!
Love,
John&Annie Mead

Loved our stay here in Red Coconut!! The staff is too helpful and nice! Special mention to Ms. JOY at the front desk, she really made sure our stay was enjoyable! Great amenities about this resort- it's beach front! About 15 steps and you're in the water. The breakfast buffet is great! Lots of choices, American-Filipino food and fruit trays available.

The restaurant opens up to the beach with a beautiful view. Resto is open all days and late night. The bar area gets festive in the evening. The rooms are comfortable-- equipped with a refrigerator, comfy beds, nice balcony and efficient AC.

My bf and I stayed there for a week with a seaview room at the 4th floor. Its close to everything. We had fun. The staffs are really nice and courtious( restaurant staff and housekeeping).
They have their own coffee shop as well and a really nice bar which is really busy every night. The bartender bruce is the MAN! He is sooo cool! He made our nights there.
When it comes to room:
Hmmm just oki.. the bed and pillows are hard. Our bodies and neck sore when we got up. Until i realized that the pillow makes it harder because of the pillow case. So what i did i unzipped it so that the air comes out. The bathroom kinda small. The water pressure not so good. Take note guys they dont have elevator.. so be ready for that. All in all I still recommend the Red Coconut because of the people working here. They are so nice.

Good: Location (beachfront, near restaurants and other facilities)

Not so good:
1. Rooms can be improved a bit outdated. 21" TV?! Really?!
2. Breakfast buffet can be improved
3. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned a bit murky
4. Staff needs to improve their service as simple as greeting their guests good morning/good evening.

Room tip: Avoid ground level floors, choose 2nd/3rd-floor rooms with beach view. No elevators here :)
