Patio Pacific Boracay

Went as a couple and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was big. The bathroom is lovely. Towels are very good. There is a queen size bed and a couch. Food is excellent. But above all, the service is the best. Everyone is very approachable. We feel very safe and at home. We also tried to have a set dinner for 2 at their tree house. It was explicit and they continued to serve us at our hearts content. Also has fast wi-fi that even in my vacation, I was able to attend and support my colleagues at work. Good and fast housekeeping. If ever we would be going back to Boracay, I would always stay with Patio Pacific.

Room Tip: Must try the tree house candle lit dinner.

We stayed here 4 nights in December, we had just come from another hotel in Boracay that was really disappointing, so when we arrived at the Patio Pacific it was like heaven. The place is very clean, room was spacious enough (family of four) and very clean. I have no negative points about this hotel, all positive. Great facilities, pool, gym and even a rock climbing wall. There is free WiFi through out the hotel that worked really well. We found the food at the restaurant good. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach via an alley which at first seems a bit daunting but its no trouble at all and very well lit a night. Overall a very good experience at this hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: This hotel is split by a busy road, so if you can get a room on the beach side would be better I thi...

Nice location, they just refurbished their hotel, breakfast is fine.
Initially i wanted to stay at Boracay Lagoon, but the hotel has fully booked and without further delay, I booked Patio Pacific 4d3n package. We were all enjoyed the stay in this hotel and it has exceeded my expectation due to the price and service.
I will definitely come back again!

Room Tip: nearby the breakfast area is good. espcially the ground floor room where you can walk out anytime to...

The reviews here in Tripadvisor are true, they have the best service in Boracay. Very polite, always smiling and helpful staff. Due to their politeness, they can not manage a white man shouting outside our room during dawn til early morning. Alot of the guest woke up annoyed.

Their housekeeping service is a bit disappointing because even if we put the "please make up my room" tag on our door, they missed to clean our room. Though they offered it to clean earlier.

Another disappointment is their transfer service, if the hotel staff is best in service, well the transfer service is the worst. I hope their transfer service can come early on time, more coordinated and organized. The personnel forgot to guide the Filipino guests in queueing for the boat. A lady even complained that the transfer service personnel only guides the foreigners and dont mind the filipinos. Other filipino guests were waiting inside the terminal unaware that the bus to the airport is waiting for them outside (such a waste of time indeed).

I hope they will reconsider hiring other transfer service provider.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here immensely.
Firstly the customer service is 5 star. All the employees go out of their way to greet you and to make your stay at the Patio Pacific comfortable and memorable. The Patio Pacific's logo is 'Where good just isn't good enough.' This speaks for itself in regards to the customer service.
The rooms are extremely clean and are serviced everyday. We stayed on the west side of the hotel, closer to the beach and it was very peaceful.
The front desk was always attended and the staff where more than happy to assist us with any enquiry we had.
Breakfast and the restaurant was delicious. A full buffet breakfast of both western food and Philippine food. A great way to start your morning before heading to the beach. A special mention to Jomar (head chef) who is a friendly soul and more than accommodating.
The location is PERFECT! It's away from the hustle and bustle of station 2. If it was beach front you wouldn't get any shut eye. We really appreciated the location as we were close enough to the excitement if we wanted it and just as easily in peace and quiet relaxing by the pool or having an afternoon nap.
The gym was great. Both my partner and I used it regularly. There are also classes on specific days if you are game.
Overall this hotel made our stay what it was. Look no further, it's value for money, great location, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent pool and gym.
Keep an eye out for Carlos (manager) He will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Carlos and the Patio Pacific staff. We will be back

We stayed there for four days and three nites. First day the shower water was slowly draining and asked the cleaner to check on it and he unclogged it right away and said it was just sand, instant service. Breakfast was different every morning. Not sure about the hundred of restaurants on the beach that almost looked and felt like truckstop fast food, we settled to just eat at the hotel and found lunch and dinner to be supprisingly enjoyable and relaxing away from the crowded beach. And the food was good, tried the set menu which was actually the owner's own recipe. After long activities at the beach, the hotel seems to be a private sanctuary to come home to and specially at nite, there was always security guards in plain cloths greeting guests to safety.Highly recommend it for families.Missed the staff, they seem to anticipate your needs. Great hotel.

The gym was well equipped and the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is about 50meters away from the beach, the TV has wide selection of cable programs.....

but the rooms was noisy. I was staying at room 218...the doors and windows and very thin...anyone walking along the corridor would interrupt your sleep.. There two sections to the hotel, i stayed at the one along the main road...so the noise level really goes up by the decibels. The pool is really a dipping pool only.

The breakfast is just average, they have an egg station which is nice....on the whole it was ok for the rice but bring the ear plugs...
