my husband and i walked all the way from station 3 to station 1 to enjoy the white beach and finally stop at the willy's rock for some photos.

we enjoyed fruiteshake at jonah's while looking at people climbing up the rock and taking pictures. some are swimming around the rock.

At low tide, you can walk to the rock without getting wet. However, it is still easily accessible when the tide is higher. There are a set of stairs that you can walk up to visit the statue of Mary that is set inside a small cave-like rock. Very picaresque! Located near Station One and easily seen from anywhere along the beach. Worth the walk.

We were introduced to this Boracay landmark by the best bartender of Shangri-La Boracay on his day off. We spent some time there during the day, and return another evening to enjoy the sunset. The size of this attraction point was a lot smaller than I expected however it doesn't matter at all. Willy's Rock definitely makes white beach more than just another beach. It adds character to the place.

Without it, Boracay is just beach, sand and water. It's a welcome break amidst the persistent landscape.
