There are so many interesting shops and affordable prices to all their products. You gotta be good persuading shop owners to give you discounts.

If you are not familiar with the seafood price, you will probably get chopped. Live lobster is priced at top price. You might feel lucky to get up to 30% discount after long bargain, but don't get too happy yet. Bring your seafood to nearby restaurant for cooking service for reasonable fee, some will help you weight the seafood, and then you will realize they are 20% less in weight compared to what you have paid for. In short, don't expect cheap seafood there. The market price is already spoilt with excited and desperate tourists.

Fantastic, a little out of the way market!
Fresh Fish - good restaurants around (to many to choose from) that will cook your dinner for you - Brilliant experience!
And of course the rest of the market, quieter than the mall and nice people (and a little cheaper too)

I've been to many seafood markets around the world and Talipapa is one of the best with the unique ability to buy fresh seafood and take it a restaurant 5 meters away to cook it for you. I bought the biggest colorful Lobster I could find asked the Cafe to "Cookamalobster!" which they gladly did with a perfect lemon butter sauce. Highly recommended.

Also, shopping here is better than D'Mall. Enjoy.

This is the place where you can buy meat, seafoods, vegetables and fruits. In this area you can buy souvenirs and this place is wonderful. At the end of the street, you will see a grocery store as well.
