If you're just interested in the view, take a tricycle or some other cheaper form of transport. There's an entrance fee of 120 pesos to get to the top, which is worth it.

If you're seeking some thrills riding the ATV or buggy, you won't find it here (unless going slowly on a paved road is thrilling to you). You'll just be paying a lot of money, and you still have to pay the 120 pesos to get to the top.

Most convenient way to go there is by tricycle, which you can get along the Boracay highway. Some pass by it while riding their rented ATVs. The highest point of the mountain deck shows a 360 degree view of the island. It gives a picturesque scene of the kitesurfers at Bulabog Beach and the colorful paraws at White Beach. :) The weather was chilly when we got there so the stay at the top was extra nice.
Tricycle fare costs around 150 pesos (max of around 5 people capacity) and viewdeck entrance fee is 120 pesos each. Personally, I would’ve wanted the viewdeck to be as natural as it could have been, without the cemented walkpaths, scary bamboo decks, and cheap-looking railings.

Very disappointing view!!! Not worth the money and waste your most precious time spending on the island! You need to take the ATV ride to the mount Luho and only greet with very lousy view (most of the view being blocked by trees). Seriously, I rather spend the money on Parasailing. In addition, you are expected to give tips to the guide!!

Mount Luho is a really nice place to drive up to ( rent out segways or buggies and you won't be disappointed). The views from the top are pleasant as well, but the downside is that you can't really see white beach. You can see every other part of the island though and that's worth the trip.

Tip - do the zipline at the top! It's fun and quick and you're sure to enjoy it!

We rode our own ATV’s up the mountain to Mount Luho with a picturesque view of all of Boracay. The ride was a bit scary as my breaks were worn out and I had to press both the front and back breaks all the way for the slightest decrease in movement. The ride up and down was less than 15 minutes each way. At times, it was a bit tricky maneuvering through the small roads shared with other ATV’s and buggy vehicles.

We had to hike up some stairs to get to the view point. We spent a good amount of time on the top of the hill where we took pictures and took in the view. It was cool to see the distant clouds and rain in other areas of the island.

After the ATV ride, we had some time to walk around the park and view the birds and wild cats. There were some cool statues in the park, with the Korean Star Psy, being my favorite one.
