If you're just interested in the view, take a tricycle or some other cheaper form of transport. There's an entrance fee of 120 pesos to get to the top, which is worth it.
If you're seeking some thrills riding the ATV or buggy, you won't find it here (unless going slowly on a paved road is thrilling to you). You'll just be paying a lot of money, and you still have to pay the 120 pesos to get to the top.
