The place is clean. It has a very relaxing ambiance. I also love the pictures on the wall. Photos of Boracay Island 20 years ago. The waiter was very friendly and the kind of food we wanted were explained very well:)

From the name and look of the shopfront I expected your usual fish & chips joint but was surprised to see 5 star service and waiters hovering by your table. Not that I mind, but it just seemed incongruous - they should have made more effort with the outside appearance of the place if they were going for a 5 star restaurant. The food and presentation was pretty good, though the portions were very small. Although there was nothing in particular to complain about, I left with a feeling of being slightly unsatisfied.

After coming back from el nido.
The pricing regarding to quality in Boracay are outrageous.
Tilapia is a cool, clean and tasty place owned by Bill which serve good food and great service. Didnt thought i could find a reasonable place in over priced Boracay but i did.
Most try the baby back ribs !

Having failed to find the #1 most popular restaurant in Boracay -Mamas, wifey and I headed to #2 . Ambiance is warm and the place was clean . The waiters and waitresses were good and well trained and helpful . Wife and I decided to try the Tilapia plate P300 thereabouts I had the burger fries combo for P199 , not cheap , but hey this is Boracay.
Service was quick, The food was hot. The Burger was OK , close to Charlies Burger of Pasig Capitolyo fame . . Would have appreciated if the Mayo was served in a squeeze dispenser , instead of being given a dollop in a saucer which wasnt enough...but if you ask for more youre given another dollop. :)
Enjoyed the fries , large , cooked well, not too salty .
Coleslaw was ok too , though the dressing was a little watery , but tasted good , not too sweet, just right .
The Tilapia was covered in corn starch and deep fried ,
Tasted fresh and was seasoned lightly. Tilapia is standard Filipino fare, so it was just OK , nothing spectacular, Could have been priced a little cheaper , i think. But foreign tourists wouldnt mind the price...
Uhm there was just one thing , about the deep fried Tiliapia .... Watch out for the Bones !
