Like the food. Authentic beef ramen. Chicken wings and terriyaki. Liked the caramelized banana for dessert.

“Good value for money”
Reviewed July 1, 2014 via mobile

California maki was OK.

The steak was pretty good with the 3 sauces and priced well with a good portion size.

Gyoza was ok as well.

Clean and friendly staff.

Would I go back? Yes if I was craving for clean Japanese food.

“A littlr disappointing”
Reviewed May 18, 2014 via mobile

Partner wants to have dinner here sj ce it looks very decent and seems ti serve authentic japanese dishes. Didnt taste as such. Ordered the chicken udon..and teriyaki chicken. Teriyaki chicken was sooo dry. I wonderef whether it was simply roasted. Couldnt taste the teriyaki sauce at all. Udon tasted very bland. Service is very slow and price rather steep too.

“Excellent !!”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

I spent two weeks on the beautiful island of Boracay and when it comes to dining out, this is my TOP spot !! Food was simply amazing, at very honest prices.
Hama is located at the middle of super commercialized and tourist oriented D'Mall so no wonder it costs more than street food, but honestly where else in the world can You eat freshly prepared japanese food for that cheap ??
I went there like 7-8 times, tried different dish every time and they amazed me every single time.
My and my girl ordered without looking at prices, and full-out dinner with sushi, sake, hot dishes, and green tea ice-cream would be $50 with tip ( 18-20%).
Girls workin there not smiling ? Didn't happen to me as they were friendly
Long waiting for food ? Go to McDonalds few blocks down, they don't prepare it to order, they have it waiting for You for weeks.
Absurd prices ? You are cheap and expect too much for free. Go visit NYC, pretzel price will give You heart attack.

We really liked the spot and chose it for a "fare-well" for our group of 10. we stayed there for few hours, table was breaking down from amount of dishes and we drank gallons of beer and sake, and.....it cost us like 200$ for all.

To conclude, cool spot, honest prices, fresh food. Its not "michelin rated" but for that level they are 10/10

“Fresh sushi's :)”
Reviewed May 4, 2014

they have the freshes sushi in the island, try opening a branch in the metro please. They really nailed the value for money in every dish. Actually all our orders are for sharing. Though it is not located in the beach front i guess it was like a hidden japanese food in the island that we must look for. One of their server is not that accommodating, please smile with taking orders it will also jive to our experience. but the bottom line is they good food.
