“Came for Coffee...Returned for Dinner”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

We found Nagisa while desperately searching for a good cup of brewed coffee in S3 area.

They have a real coffee bar - freshly ground beans, espresso machines, steamed milk. Ahhh...
Even though we received breakfast at our hotel, we would eat there and then hop over to Nagisa for our coffee and chillout. They provide a newspaper so it's nice to get a world perspective on events that may be happening in the U.S. (election!) We were very happy with the brewed coffee and capuccino so we came back a few times.

One of our days we just really wanted to eat a healthy dinner - nothing fried, no buffets! We came for dinner - sashimi, edimame, squid adobo, soba. All was very good and fresh. The service is very good - they provide a bell for you to ring so they don't have to hover over you.

It was a nice change of pace from the plated menus, buffets and versions of Mexican/Italian/Burgers that line the beach.

“correct”
Reviewed June 3, 2012

great original Japanese food with among others plenty of Japanese clientele. I eat here more than once a month and i think they deserve a write up. Very friendly staff. Before you get seated they will tell you how many minutes you'll have to wait for your order to be served. Sometimes it gets full really. One order of Ebi Tempura is just 2 pieces and the prawn is disappointingly small in size. The quality is great. Drinks are very, very cold and come with very tasty peanuts. Nice to book a dinner under the Talisay tree on the beach!

“A nice place”
Reviewed January 20, 2012

We went to this place both for a drink and later on for dinner. It is a nice place and their Japanese menu is perfect. We reserved table for dinner and they set up a table directly at the beach. The wine had was reasonable in price and their food was really nice. The staff was perfect. All in all a nice place i Boracay.

They altso have the Yasuragi relaxation Spa - VERY nice and to nice prices- Go There!

“Great food & good service!”
Reviewed December 23, 2011

Had breakfast at Nagisa for the 4 days we stayed in Boracay. I definitely recommend the american or filipino breakfast... brewed coffee - free refill. Price was reasonable and the food was great. We also had BLT sandwich & mango crepes. Although the BLT was served not hot toasted but it still turned out good. I definitely recommend Nagisa. The staff were great and attentive to their clients.
