Reviewed June 2, 2009

im not staying at the Discovery, im staying in a place next door. but I wanted to eat somewhere different.

Staff are really friendly! The menu is really good I mean there is a lot to choose from but sadly I did not think it was gerat. Im not saying it was bad, just not great.

would I eat there again YES!... as I said, its really an ok place, and its far from the busy part of town!... which makes the sea view great!..

“Huge complex, no charm no view but good food”
Reviewed February 4, 2009

I did not stay there but had friends staying in a junior suite there - 500 USD per night. Room was well decorated but like a hotel room in a city, with the bed in the middle and a kitchenette. felt like a ski studio. View, as for 98% of the numerous rooms in the hotel, is on the modern stylish courtyard and pool. Not the beach. so you need to have shaeds on the windows all day long so that people do not see you. Really really overpriced.
2 restaurants. I went a lot to the Indigo, extremely good and good price for money, but the service was terrible, specially for the wine. They never had the bottled announced on the menu, gave you a younger wine than the one you picked without mentioning it, they even came once with an open bottle missing at least one glass-ful, pretending to open the bottle with difficulties (!!!!!! incredible), and all that with a cellar that was apparently a 10 minutes walk from the terrasse of the restaurant. I think we ended up after 6 dinners as the worst nightmare of the staff, but the manager really tried to make up and improve things. So, go to Indigo but do not stay at this hotel, it is not worth it at all.
