This review was for review around June 2012. We were a group of 4 and rented out the Anito house. The Anito House is in between The Mactan & Slate House which is owned by the same owner I think.
The stay there was awesome although a bit secluded and far from the Station 2 area. Regardless we had a wonderful stay with the beach front right in front of the property. The rooms were large and clean with all the comforts you could expect from a real home. The staff on site was always helpful and on hand to recommend things to do. We often slept in late (Out partying and forgetting how to get home...ooops) and they accommodated us by making breakfast for us even in the late mornings.
There is a bar nearby which was great to meet people. I think it was called "Pirate Bar" or something like that. It was a great place to start the night before wandering down all the way to the other end of the island.
