The warm welcome and early check in was a misleading start to the holiday. Stayed in a pool view room - old, air-con needed a desperate service. 7AM on a Sunday morning the hotel thought it would be a great time to start doing some maintenance with hammers and saws. The pool towels are basically rags - over the course of a week, I don't think we were ever given a towel without a hole or two in it. They are well worn and need replacing. The beach restaurant was sub-standard for breakfast - ate their once, never went back. The pool food/room service food - don't bother. It's terrible and expensive. You can get a beer for less up the road at the Regency... Had we been able to get a full refund, we would have checked out after the first day

Tucked away amidst the coconut grove and away from the maddening crowd of the White Beach is the sprawling ground of Paradise Garden Hotel. Paradise has I believe two types of accommodations, one is the hotel which they call PV (pool view rooms) and the other is cottage type called SH (summer houses). The latter is the more excellent accommodation as the cottages or summer houses are spread out in the grassy and shady grounds. But our PV room is not bad at all. Of course, it has a veranda with an unobstructed view of the swimming pool, except that construction was ongoing so the view was a bit spoiled, but not a problem really while we were there. Our room is very spacious with a nice big comfortable bed, good clean bed sheets and fluffy pillows, very good sleeping quality. Definitely worth the money we paid for the room. The towels are equally clean and nice and changed every day. The room comes with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. There are a lot of accessible power outlets in the room. The room has a proper writing table, coffee table, and mini bar. Yes, the room is that huge. The buffet is good with quite a spread, the only let down is that the buffet has a limited choice of fruits for breakfast and dessert. But nevertheless, breakfast is quite good. Be forewarned, tables could be difficult to find during peak breakfast time, especially if there are large tour groups. So either come early or come late. But if you decide to hit it at zero hour, just be patient, have a good cup of coffee and you will be rewarded with a nice table by the poolside. If it so happen that you asked one of the waiters to bring you something during the peak breakfast hour, be extra patient, it will come, the waiters are reliable, simply swamped by the vacationing horde. The hotel staffs are very friendly, courteous and efficient. Wi fi is available in the lobby but internet service can be very slow, but hey this is vacation time.

I stayed there for 3 nights last septemper and it was one of the best experience in the island of boracay, the check-in counter is bit small and not much room to keep the suitcases, wifi is charged so thats not very pleasant,we stayed close to the pool which is not big enough but surely to hold at least 10 people around.the room is clean and nice with each indivitual house that has a balcony ,the breakfast buffet is good and staff is helpful in general. it took about 3-5 minutes to get D'mall by trcicyle, and within 3 minutes' walk to the hotel beach,i loved it here cuz it is not so noisy and keep my mind clam from the centered Beach 2.not sure about the average place on this island, but i loved my stay there. not the fanciest one but worth a shot.

Room Tip: try to book the second floor of the house (they have 2 floors for each house) you will enjoy the vi...

Fab resort.
I would make sure you get a balcony.
Close to the beach, the pools amazing, breakfast is great.
Perfect place for a standard resort holiday.
Busy with tourists,lots of restaurants.
Commercial and caters for most things.
If you want a unique experience things is not the place. However if your looking for a good pool, beach and a standard package style holiday this is highly recommended for that ...

The location of this hotel is good and the garden view is amazing. One side of the hotel is local street and easy to find cheap stuff, the other side of it is white beach with private parasols and chairs. But the wifi can only be accessed with extra pay, 150 piso for 12 hours... not so expensive but you feel bad about it.

Room Tip: We are living in a Deluxe room in house No.6 with garden view and swimming pool view. Quiet, conveni...

We had our dinner date here last valentine's day. Buffet presentation was very nice! We had pictures taken with their buffet table centerpiece. Food we're also good. Entertainment was there like the live band and the fire dancers. The only that pissed me is that some staff are not accommodating. I requested for 2 glasses of water and it took so long to be served. In fact, the water was served by the person who handles the payments from customers. The frustrating part is that she is already the 3rd of the staffs we approached. The first two were the servants or waiters.
