Some years more, and this hotel shall be a cultural heritage of the Philippines. When we entered this hotel, we have been impressed like acting in a Greek Mythology or in a Fairy Tale Fantasy Movie. Placed on the Rocky Cliff like nests of birds, you find only round and soft forms, mostly in white color, like in Mykonos or Santorini in Greece.
Of course, there are a lot of steps, but it is adventurous. And of course, some critique about the environmental sins. But to respect the environment does not necessarily mean to left all to wilderness. The Beach of Boracay is cleaned every morning, because wilderness is no culture. I think this hotel is a cultural must-to-be-seen by every visitor of Boracay. If you miss to visit this special place, you have seen only half of Boracay.
This hotel is inspired by famous architect ANTONI GAUDI from Spain. And also RUDOLF STEINER should have been deeply impressed by these forms and buildiungs.
The whole hotel is an artwork and a jewel in the Philippines.
Thank you for your friendly welcome.

You can expect to pay premium resort prices but don't be fooled by the website and the generous reviews. This is not a luxury resort. It is a badly dated, gaudily appointed, half built construction that appears delapidated even though it is only a few years old. Check out the news items on the deconstruction by 150 police and officials of half the site due to the breach of environmental laws and absence of permits. Granted the views are lovely but you can get the same outlook at any of the alternative accommodation on the west coast of the island. Access is difficult for most and virtually impossible for the very young or elderly, entrance is by dozens of steep stairs and make sure you find a porter to help you carry your luggage across the stretch of beach. other hotel properties and back lanes between the road and the foyer. The food was awful compared to the better options elsewhere on the island, though we were fortunate to receive a refund on the compulsory and overpriced christmas eve gala dinner and excused from participation. We paid for a private inward transfer with the hotel from Kalibo, which was an expensive and inconvenient mistake. We were waiting until after they turned all the lights out at Kalibo airport for our driver to surface, causing us to miss the last regular boat at 10pm. The hotel representative was incapable of getting us on a boat so we assertively directed him to arrange our immediate transfer, finally checking into the hotel after midnight. We cancelled the return transfer and obtained a partial refund, and got an outward shared transfer with Southwest Tours for a fraction of the price but seamlessly efficient. The massage was great, but the rest was less than average.

We stayed 2 nights at west cove and regretted not staying longer...
Comfortable room with balcony facing directly to the sea, One can enjoy the fantastic sea view in the morning and star glazing at night while enjoying the sea breeze,
You will need to climb some stairs but is worth while once you reach this place. Dont have to worry about your heavy luggage, just call the hotel and they will pick you up from where ever you are. All the staffs are very helpful, friendly and service oriented. For those who wanted privacy and a getaway from the happening places in Boracay, this place is highly recommend.

the inclusions of 3D/2N are, daily breakfast, daily bottled water, fruit plate, welcome drinks and necklace made of shells, roundtrip boat and van transfers (caticlan airport only). we're from kalibo airport, so we buy our transfers online thru southwest tours ,kalibo to caticlan jetty port V.V.
i loved the romantic complimentary dinner set for us and the food was good. the waiter, staffs were very polite and accomodating. great place for couples., peaceful ,lovely sunset, amazing view.. away from the busy line of station 1,2 &3.
ideal for people searching for a quite place to stay.but prepared yourself for going up and down stairs, since the hotel is located in the cove there's a lot of steps that you have to climd to reach the hotel...constructions is ongoing for the new entrance of the hotel also they provides free shuttle service to D Mall.

Room Tip: if you stayed at room with nipa grass roof, don't leave sweet foods in your room, because of the...

Stayed 4days 3nights with my partner recently. As a cabin crew which given me much opportunities to stay in many 5stars hotel I would say this resort has met my expectations. Rooms are not modern thus clean and spacious not forgotting comfortable. The morning view is fantastic which many resort doesn't have comparable view in boracay island. The resort is located in diwinid beach and slide uphill so getting there might be challenging. However, staff are kind to carry our cabin bag while we walk up to the stairs uphill till we reach the resort room. Breakfast was simple yet tasty! Continental breakfast is a must try! Staff are amazingly nice and polite which makes our stay even more pleasant despite its a monsoon period.

Heard good reviews so decided to stay in this hotel. We wanted to have a quiet relaxing holiday hence chose a hotel which is far from the hustle and bustle of the happening place in Boracay. The hotel is built on a cove and rooms were actually built on the mountain side...like caves. Hence, no two rooms are of the same shape or size. The view was breathtaking...the clear blue sea on one side and the mountains on the other side. The place was nice and quiet, except maybe for the loud music which the hotel plays outside, near its outdoor restaurant area...but this I guess is fine. There was supposed to be a private beach but we were informed that it's closed for further renovation or something. And oh by the way, you will need to climb flight of stairs when you go to this hotel...so be ready for some good old exercise. It's okay though as you will not even notice it that much because of the good view.
We've decided to go for banana boat ride and kayaking, which the hotel staff gladly arranged for us. Most of the staff were actually very friendly and accommodating, except for one who I couldn't believe was the Operations Manager. I thought she was supposed to be the epitome of customer service, being in operations and all. But she was completely the opposite...very rude, doesn't look the part, and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. I would have rated "service" as excellent, but this ruined it.
The food was okay, though limited choices. We liked the "crisostomo roll", which was one of their appetizers.
Planning to visit this island again, and might go back to this hotel. And hope by that time, their private beach will be open.

Room Tip: higher floor, seaview

I booked suite room for 2 and hotel gave free upgrade to primer suite for 3 nights. Primer suite includes two levels, downstairs is decorated living and dining area with ocean view and beautiful kitchen. upstairs occupied with one king size bed overlooking ocean and bathroom, dressing area with wardrobe. The atmosphere of the whole hotel is very relaxing and extra ordinary. For breakfast, hotel prepare three types of pre-set breakfast that is perfect for everyone. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bad thing about the hotel is that you have to climb a lot of steps to go up and down to arrive the hotel from the main gate. But you will think that it all worths it when you get there after seeing stunning views and nicely decorated hotel rooms. If you want to stay away from busy area (the white beach), this is the best place.
