We had the suite with balcony facing the beach right under the sign "surfside". It was amazing. Hotel is clean and nice, the Japanese restaurant serves pretty good food. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Even though it's a big far from station 1 or dmall, but i prefer this quiet nice corner with less people on the beach. :)

This resort was our home for 3 nights and 4 days, and even our pickiest child had nothing to complain about. Well, except for one. This resort is set in Station 3, a good walk to D'Mall where good and loud music is playing, where fresh seafood, exotic and American foods are served, where party-goers venture, and souvenir shops are open 24 hrs. The kids found it a long walk to D'Mall and back. However, the walk from our room to the beach is less than one minute, and we occupied a family room in the back. The family room has a fridge, a TV with multiple channels from local to international ones, a DVD, a blow dryer, safe, 3 beds, and a wifi connection (didn't work well at times due to inclement weather, we were told). Hot and cold shower which we appreciate very much. Food in the restaurant is good, the one hour massage is wonderful! The diving lesson my daughter got was fulfilling. What made this resort great is not the physical attributes of the place but the warmth of the people who served you. Hospitality, courtesy, and friendliness were shown all throughout the whole stay and even to loading our luggages in a vehicle as we depart. Definitely, you get your money's worth and a lot more!!!

We stayed at surfside for just one night but had a great experience. The hotel is run by Japanese guy and hence everything is very efficient. The rooms are just basic and functional but very clean and comfortable. The rooms are affordable and the hotel is in a good
location.

Pros
-clean and comfortable
-lovely and efficient staff
-organised a free shuttle to the port for us at 6am
-also provided us with a packed breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast started (I thought this was really good service!) It's these little things that really make you like a hotel!
- massage was good at their spa and is only 500 pesos between 11 and 4.
-the Japanese restaurant attached is quite nice too!

Cons
-Our room had no view but I think if you paid more you could maybe get one
-Shower was not that good but I think this is the case everywhere in Boracay!

Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for basic accomodation at a fair price and with good service.

This place is so quaint and lovely, especially the bar/eating area at the front that overlooks the beach, which is is in fact just opposite you.

At the quiet end of the beach hotel strip i honestly wouldn't stay in the other end, unless you like loud club music, drunk idiots (there are MANY) and people trying to sell you stuff left right and centre. These are about a 10-15 walk along the beach away

There is also a little bar just next door that is completely open and made of recycled woods...good cocktails.

Good value...the rooms are basic but clean.

The only negative was that we had someone try and come into our room in the middle of the night. My BF is a light sleeper and he heard someone open the door with a key, luckily enough we remembered to put the chain on so they couldn't get in. I alerted management and they were very concerned as security is important to them apparently.....they looked at the security tapes but surprisingly (or not) it wasn't working that night....I thought it must have been a staff.
member to have a key...

Having said that i would stay again...just make sure to put your valuables in the room safe and chain your door.

Great location, on the preserved quiet side of White beach.
Next to Tree house and Pirates' bar, two typical, not too busy, life concerts beach bars.
Exceptional location for admiring, Boracay's amazing sunset!
Spa with quality service. Nouri is great!
Very friendly staff.
The restaurant is not their biggest asset, but the beach has several other options.
The restaurant area and bar is warm, friendly and calm. Great for breakfast with an ocean view.
Walking distance from the touristic area. But still in the preserved island side.

My fiance and I stayed at Surfside for 5days 4nights and love every moment! The staff is superb, the location is quiet (Station 3), the place is clean and tidy...Beach towels, beach chairs are available. Its about 20 minutes walk to D'Mall which we didn't mind...or you can take a tricycle.

The rooms are simple with all the basics (tv, mini bar, hot shower and aircon). They are right on the pristine beach which is where you will be spending most of your time anyway. 15-20 minutes walk from the main strip and 3 minutes walk to a taxi station. Has a cute restaurant with quality Japanese cuisine and a good range of western/Asian/filipino dishes. It is down the quiet end of the beach and exclusive access to a small part of the beach. What really makes this place is the service! An awesome team make you feel comfortable from check in and go out of their way to assist you. If your looking for affordable, modest yet charming accommodation with 5 star facilities and service then this is a great choice. Really enjoyed our stay here (7 nights & 8 days of sun, surf and relaxation).
