My two daughters (aged 12 and 10) and I stayed in the family room. Although it is a bit of a walk from town, transport is cheap and the lovely ambiance is worth it. The staff are friendly, the breakfasts were huge and the rooms, grounds and everything else were immaculately kept. The staff also organised two tours for us as well as other smaller trips to various places which made the visit to the island easy and stress free.

After a tiresome trip travelling from a medical mission ( in Ilocus Sur) it was indeed a pleasant experience to rest & relax in a quiet colorful comfortable room. The staff was courteous , quite polite even in breaking the bad news that our tour to Honda Bay was cancelled owing to the weather!
Food can be better( the noodles were a wee bit greasy & lacked flavor) . The Tocino for breakfast
was nothing but fat!
Will definitely return to visit El Nido & Honda Bay and stay in Purple Fountain Courtyard Inn
Mabuhay from New York.

This inn is such a sweet surprise. It is close to the airport (which is a big deal for us coz we are "slow" people). The place is really, really clean (no yucky feeling whatsoever guaranteed) and quiet. My kids enjoyed running around the garden. They have their inhouse cooks and they served us the best sinigang na talakitok which my mom in law loved so much (she even insisted that we go back to purple fountain just to eat their sinigang). If you want them to cook a specific food, you just have to give them a 4-hour heads up so they can go to the market and cook. They have several choices for breakfast (unlike the other pension house we stayed in after purple fountain) and yes.. It is true..their pancake is huge! The staff is friendly and courteous. Only problem is the mosquitos which are a-plenty in puerto princesa..so make sure youhave a bug lotion or spray with you all the time. Will definitely stay there again..and again..and again!

Outstanding service from Purple Fountain's staff, clean rooms and big comfort rooms, less than 5 mins away from the airport, a few mins ride to and from retaurants/bars. Plus they have huge pancakes. Will definitely come back to Puerto Princesa and stay in Purple Fountain Courtyard Inn.

plus plus point of this acc is that they gave free transfers from airport, to airport, from bus terminal, to bus terminal. this saves us the hassle of getting a tricycle and best of all, the transfer is in big comfortable van, away from the dust.

breakfast was ok with the usual aircon, fan, hot water and cold water. great value for money.
