Me and my fiancee decided to take our first trip to palawan, and alot of my friends and peers recommended this place due to its convenient location. I was lucky enough to book this room months in advance so I got it a superb rate of only 800+ a night. First I want to tackle the PROS of this place, If your one of those people who were able to book months in advance and got their low rates then you are definitely going to get more than what you paid, Staff and security were very friendly and eager to help, room was very modern LCD TV, quiet cool airconditioning, and comfy bed was duvet soft, and not to mention that I loved their location because it was near public transportation to get you anywhere around palawan, and also its near their mall in case you need to buy certain necessities.

Now the CONS, They charge you for early check in( some if not alot of hotels waive this especially during off peak or if there is high vacancy) but for this hotel, no matter what, they will charge you, next they charge you for leaving your baggage with them, so stay away from this I mean it, your better off just leaving it at the malls baggage counter at no charge, and, please bring your own toiletries especially toothpaste and and a toothbrush, they will only supply you with one bathroom pack w/c consists of 1 small soap and a shampoo and thats it, any request for more and you'll get charged with P88 per pack, most hotels you can request to have your bed made or room cleaned anytime of the day, but at this hotel its strictly every 2pm only,

overall id still stay at this hotel, definitely worth the money I paid for and because of its location, its convenient enough to compensate for all its other setbacks

We stayed here last may 28 and 30 for 2 rooms. Front desk staff was pleasant and greeted us upon arrival. During our 2 separate days of check in, they always managed to give us 2 adjacent rooms without us even asking for it. 2 thumbs up for the front desk staff!

Rooms are modern with a lcd television(my only complaint when you change to another channel it takes 3 seconds). Bathroom was lovely.

Special mention to the security who never fails to assist us with our luggage even without calling them. Service was great as i had to ask for an empty carton box to fill in some crabs to bring home as pasalubong. The security officer on duty that night never hesitated to look for one and even offered tape and rope. Service was fabulous! Will definitely recommend to my colleagues and guests (ps: i also work in a hotel/resort)

My friends and I decided to try out the hotel primarily due to its room rates.. they were quite inexpensive. Considering the amount of activity and the time you spend outside the hotel touring the countryside or hitting the lovely beaches, this hotel has all you need for your basic accommodation. Their same cafe also has reasonably priced menu and would recommend for you to try their boneless Bangus.
Another plus for me is its accessibility to Robinson's Place. The mall has a lot of food options and grocery so you'll never get hungry. It may not be in the center of the town but I like its location - not too crowded.

The hotel's location is near main road, it's near RObinson mall and bus/van terminal to Elnido.
Wifi is provided and free (inside and outside the room with good connection).
Transportation to and from airport is free.
I was able to print my airline ticket through their public computer and with no charge.
the space of the room is just right. aircon is good.

However, when i entered the room, i found out the floor in bathroom was still wet and slippery.
I saw hair on floor and some stain on the bed sheets.
Also i found mosquitos.
The shower in bathroom needs to change, there's some dirt on it.
Well, those are details that i've found disturbing during my stay.
But overall, i felt comfortable in this hotel.
The price is 1300php per night, which is okay. because i know some motels or hotels also give similar price for an aircon room in puerto princessa.

this hotel can be a very good and comfortable hotel, if the management put more attention on those little things.

Great hotel and excellent location, being right beside Robinson's Mall. I also appreciate that they offer free airport shuttle. It may not offer too much character if you're in a vacation mindset and want your accommodation to reflect that, but all in all the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, and the bathroom had a really nice rain showerhead located at the ceiling, which had excellent water pressure. They also have an affordable cafe at the ground floor that serves great coffee. Overall, a satisfying stay and highly recommended for those wanting comfort on a budget.
