Vacation

This hotel's location is ideal, in the Citi center, close to the Airport,big shopping malls, eateries are just 5 to 10 walk away, money exchanger, laundry downstairs. Complimentary breakfast, wifi are good, and to top it is the Complimentary Airport pick up and drop off service. A little advise, ask for rooms 311 to 316,305 with no loud noise from a disco bars nearby. The front desk staff specially Ms Jennifer is very helpful.In fact all the staff is always cheerful,polite, helping. My room number. 316.

Great hotel to stay in Puerto Princesa

I stayed 3days in this hotel.
It is located in downtown, so you can enjoy various places like Tiki bar, Jolibee, McDonald, SM mall, etc.
The hotel was perfectly clean, the staff was very kind. You can ask them anything about your travel.
Also, there is a travel center in the hotel. You can get information about tour program or local information!
I would like visit this hotel again when I came back to the Puerto Princesa

푸에르토 프린세사에서 가장 활성화된 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 주변에 졸리비, 맥도날드, 세탁소, 티키바(현지 클럽)가 있으며, 쇼핑몰인 SM몰까지는 걸어서 5분 정도 걸립니다! 호텔직원은 친절하고, 깨끗한 호텔입니다! (엘리베이터도 있습니다)
입구에는 무장경비원이 상주하고 있고, 호텔 1층에 은행이 위치해 있어, 은행 무장경비원도 24시간 상주합니다.
조식 또한 7:30부터 10:00까지 여유롭고, 다양한 메뉴를 선택할 수 있어 좋았습니다.

Honeymoon special

very friendly staff and accomodating
thank you for your warm welcome for me and my wife. Its our last day of stay in the hotel and we are very happy on their service also the buffet breakfast is good and yummy

Excellent location and accommodating staff

Great location just a few minutes from airport, right smack in the main road of the city center where most transport routes pass (we just commuted to all the tourist spots, great money saver). facilities clean and neat, with elevators, and we appreciated the complimentary airport transfer. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Just one thing: no toothbrush/toothpaste in the lavatory; but not to worry, we just purchased from a 24-hour convenience store just downstairs. So this place has just about anything you'll need from a hotel: convenience, accessibility, comfort. Will I recommend to other travelers? For sure.

Awesome location, service, and staff!

Everything in this place is great. Super friendly and accommodating staff who always have smiles on their faces each time I approach them. Superb service from housekeeping and restaurant. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. If I come back to Palawan, I'll stay here again.
